I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

I bought my son's truck with a black widow package on it from Turan Foley. The package was on it when we test drove it and purchased. At 62,000 miles, the transmission died. GM does not warranty any vehicles that has any package on it. We were told the dealership would have to handle replacement. What transmission goes out at that few miles?! Contacted the dealership and was told they only warranty up to 60K so we would have to pay for a transmission replacement on the truck and that they don't have time to fool with it. GM also informed us that any new transmission will also not be covered by them since the dealership altered the calibration. A truck that is only 5 years old and basically no longer runs. Turan Foley told us nothing about the GM voided warranty and has no interest in helping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And, certainly do not by anything with their SCA package or any other. They will lie and tell you it is covered. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Contact GM directly before purchasing a vehicle from them.

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.

My wife and I went to several dealerships here in Pensacola looking for good business and a quality vehicle. We found a few Rams locally that looked promising, but the experience with those dealerships were unsatisfactory and for the most part unprofessional. We decided to reach beyond our comfort zone and look a Ram Laramie Longhorn offered for sale 100 miles away in D'Iberville, Mississippi. We made the drive from Pensacola and were we glad we did. The experience from the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the phone call followup...make that two phone call followups after the purchase were nothing short of fantastic. Other dealerships need to stand up and pay attention to the business model that is Mandal Buick GMC. While we did not purchase a Buick, it matters not, they could be selling used toothbrushes and it would be the place go! Thanks for restoring my confidence in what always seems to be a painful process. I will make the drive to Mandal every single time. Rick and Collette!

My family has been doing business with All Star for many years. They are the absolute best car dealership and service center I've ever dealt with. I just bought a new Camaro RS for my daughter for graduation. Barry and Jeff were great and gave me an excellent deal. Keith and Daryle made sure everything was perfect before she drove off to college. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend All Star to anyone searching for a new vehicle or a fantastic service department that take the time to get it right and stand behind their work.

As soon as I walked through the door my salesman, David Leatherwood, was so courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. It's nice to know that there are still dealerships that respect and value their customers. I purchased a 2022 Bolt EUV yesterday for my wife from Walt Massey Chevrolet and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. My salesman, Greg Ogden, went out of his way to make sure my car was ready to get me home (it to be charged after being unloaded from the truck), sent me constant updates, and made sure everything went to plan when I arrived. Dennon Dearmon made sure I paid the price I had agreed to beforehand, I was given the trade value we had agreed to beforehand, and there were no last minute add-ons or surprises. I had to make a 5 hour round trip to buy from Walt Massey and I would do it again. After dealing with scummy dealerships in the New Orleans area (I'm looking at you, Leson Chevrolet and Best Chevrolet), Walt Massey was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
