I followed up on an online posting go on Car Gurus and Salesman Ryan Conway followed up on my email by personally calling and inviting to take a test drive. His calm and friendly demeanor and helpful guidance through the car buying process, encouraged us to buy the vehicle that night. He also followed up on a slight repair that needed to be made, and ensured that the service group ordered and fixed our vehicle within days ( when they had projected possibly weeks). The dealer staff was also quite friendly and we completed our transaction in about 2 hours. Would recommend Buick Joyce and Salesman Ryan Conway to all for a smooth and low hassle experience.

My husband and I just purchased a new Enclave. Very excited. First new car in 14 years. Greg Ganni did a nice job working the numbers for us and making the purchase exciting. Traded my 2008 Pontiac Torrent. I loved that car!! I am anxious to get to know my new one. Lots of bells and whistles. I like to buy locally and Lavery's is an awesome dealership. I also think they have a great service department.

He also made me feel comfortable with the deal that we made. Still even after the sale he checked in with me a couple days later to see how I was enjoying the truck! That is how you know someone cares about what they sell and the customer. I will be giving my business to them again when my time comes for another vehicle!

Just returned from purchasing a 2013 Buick Verano. Initiated a call to check on its availability Monday. Was greeted by a genuinely warm, friendly, sales rep named Bill Sweatt. With 20 years experience he listened to my goals, concerns, & with zero pressure I was able to decide if it was the used vehicle to meet our needs. A few calls later & by Wednesday afternoon the auto is parked in the driveway. I feel relieved. I found a bargain with wonderful low mileage. This is my second Buick. First one was purchased new at another dealership. We will return to this dealership in the near future precisely because of the attentive, direct, no-hassle-yet-genuinely friendly professionalism of Bill Sweatt. He is attentive to his customer's actual needs with zero pressure regarding wants. This pragmatic car purchase was a win-win. The drive home was yet again that smooth ease of a Buick.
