I was so happy with the genuine concern that was shown from my technician although I did not get the truck fixed. I have had the Yukon for years and my technician was able to understand the sentimental value that is has for me. The times that it got my children back and forth even now as adults will never be forgotten, but it was on its last leg and my technician broke it down straight forward, but very gently that it was time to let it go.

Roy, one of the service technicians is outstanding. If an unexpected issue appears he will explain to you in person what he found if you want to speak to the individual working on your vehicle. I had my GMC Acadia serviced on Friday, March 11,2022 at Southern Buick GMC Greenbrier. Services included brake rotors and pads, free oil change/lube and wiper blades. Tom Fleming kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and aided in getting it finished in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with all of the work performed. Tom and Maddie,the cashier, went over the bill to make certain I got the best discount based upon the coupons I presented, I might add that all of your personnel at the service desk and even the driver who brought my vehicle out to me were all very courteous and friendly. If I could rate it lower I would. Service dept. only wants to sell filters not the real problems. I bought a new vehicle and took it in for service each time it was needed. I had my tires rotated every 5 thousand miles. You can't see the inside tread of my tires unless you lay on the ground. at 25,000 miles, they rotated my tires and tried to sell me filters. at 28,000 miles, on I81 in Christiansburg, I had 2 tires blow out. The Toyota dealer there couldn't help me until the next afternoon. Thankfully the Firestone dealer there was willing to help. He showed me the tires and all 4 tires were down to the cord on the inside tread. I had to purchase 4 tires and then had approximately $2,000 in other damages. You can't tell me they didn't know I needed new tires when they rotated them just 3000 miles before.

I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal. While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago and it has been back in twice for maintenance. 1st my brakes were squeaking very loud and maintenance said it was a GMC issue so there's nothing they can do and now my Transmission is going out on the vehicle. I'm thinking it's time to get a lawyer. I don't have a loaner car to get to work I'm very upset because how can I pay for my over priced used vehicle I purchased from Lindsey GMC and I can't get to work.
