Took my car in to get an oil change, the guy calls me later and tells me my car is all ready. I go in and ask guy for my keys and he tells me the cashier has them. I go in pay my bill ask for my keys and she doesn’t have them. So I go back to the guy and he’s says let me see where your car is at, after about 10 mins he comes back and says it’s getting washed and I can see it coming out. I go up front wait for 15 mins and still no car. I’m walking around the parking area and notice my car is parked, now normally they tell you here’s your car have a good day but this day they just parked it. I go to my thinking I’m just gonna leave and that I’ll be the end of it but when I get to my car there’s no keys. I finally just say to the guy can some one find my keys I’ve been here for 45 mins and I’d like to leave. The guy who helped me wasn’t there but one of the other guys named JR went to try to find my guys and was very apologetic while his other co worker who was at the first desk just stood there and did nothing. Terrible customer service, definitely thinking twice about coming back for an oil change, the only reason I go there is because I bought the car there and the oil change is usually cheaper then other places but not so much anymore and especially if I have to deal with what I dealt with again.

I just took delivery of my fourth vehicle purchased through Lamb Chevrolet. It took 8 months to receive my 2022 Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Duramax. I was well informed about chip issues and delays , but did not expect the factory/production side to leave off standard items like rear wheel liners on a $75k truck. Chevy customer service did their very best to deflect responsibility to the dealer, when in fact the plant didn’t have the parts. Well, Lamb Chevrolet made it right, and the dealership is installing rear wheel liners on my truck today. Huge “thank you” to Shawn Turner and the folks at Lamb for making this right and reaffirming my trust and confidence in this dealership.

I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!
