Justin Swanson is one of the most knowledgable and competent sales professionals I've come across in a long time. I was searching nationwide for a used BMW i8 (over 100k car), so I've called and dealt with a number of salespersons during that time. Justin was able to help me evaluate the car long distance, noted every minor detail (including a TINY little ding in the doorframe), and was open to being 'schooled' on features he was previously unaware of. I ended up not being able to get the car (Justin's car was a close second) because his manager was not quick enough with the final pricing. I wish there were more salespeople like Justin, so that used car dealerships could get a better reputation.

Bert is the absolute BEST salesman. He makes purchasing a vehicle so comfortable. John the GM is amazing, he does his best to take care of all customers and he gets the customers the best deal possible. They are both very friendly and very personable. They don't pressure you into anything. This is my 2nd Cadillac from Sheehan and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Sheehan is definitely believing!!

Mr Pink our sales coordinator handled everything so well and made this effortless due to our circumstance. Between Mr Pink and Lexi they were both curtious, friendly very attentive and on top of things very quickly and orderly. i recently bought a Cadillac xt5 2019 on July 4 2022 on aug 8 2022 my car would not start and i called the service department where Giovanni rizzo help me so much he had me get roadside assistance my battery was dead and mark jones came out within the hour and had me all good to go jerricka from roadside assistence set all up she was great Giovanni was so helpful as well as mark and jerrika it was a pleasure to have this service so happy with all since it was my anniversary and i was stuck all worked out great please commend all on this issue thank you all so much!!!!
