There was nothing hidden, they were transparent and Carla explained everything in full detail down to the penny. Clay brought the invoice out to me-without me even asking for it (at other dealerships you have to fight for it). I have never been treated this well at any other dealership.

My salesman, Tony Malzone is the best car salesman I have ever done business with. He is no longer a salesman. but my friend. I spent 2 days with him. He made sure everything was taken of for me. I also like doing business with the service department. I may just go to the dealer to say Hi to everyone I have gotten to know. Tony also gets you talking with other customers. The day I bought my car he had 3 customers. Handled all of us, and I made friends with one of his other customers, it made waiting go so much faster. The second day I had to finish up some last minute things, and he had another couple, Tony got us talking with each other such a pleasant experience.

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

Mechanic did an alignment wrong on my.2015 Cadillac that I purchased new from Landmark. It ruined my front tires. Service Department performed new alignment that took 4 hours. Will not reimbursement me for new tires or for alignment charge.

Nicole Schomer in Finance was fantastic !!! She did everything possible to help us be comfortable with our purchase and payments. She explained the paperwork in easy terms and didn't try to prolong the process.

I ordered a Macan T from them. It took a few months to get in. My salesman kept giving me status updates which was nice. The day it arrived Troy called me and said it’s here! We set up a delivery date and and a few days later they pulled up with my car in a covered trailer with my car fully detailed. I live 2 hours away. We signed papers at my kitchen table, he showed me the car and paired the phone. An hour later and they left. I had to call Troy with a few questions after and he immediately answered. Awesome experience.

My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands.
