I had the worst customer service experience one can imagine at Schoeffler. I had an oil leak problem (a very serious one that could have caused the engine to seize or a cabin fire NHTSA bulletin #470201(5/94)) in my Seville which the service department missed when the car was under warranty (an independent mechanic later found it). Then when I brought it back and asked if it could be fixed, the service department refused, insisting there was no oil leak. I escalated the problem to Mr. Schoeffler himself, but he laughed at me, was arrogant, and completely dismissive -even in front of potential customers in the showroom. I found out later that the leak is a known issue that is VERY expensive to fix, and few mechanics can even do it. Schoeffler repeatedly lied to me, saying things like "all oil leaks will show up under the car" -not true, 2 GM mechanics told me the oil runs the frame rail. The service manager was even nastier than Schoeffler.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. As a matter of fact, stay away from Cadillac altogether.
