Because I was alone and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to the dealership, they returned my old car to my house the same day (I did not trade). Traded my 2008 Pontiac Torrent. I loved that car!! I am anxious to get to know my new one. Lots of bells and whistles. I like to buy locally and Lavery's is an awesome dealership. I also think they have a great service department.

Bill Harris Dodge, Ashland Ohio. Bait and switch or just liars? Called Friday about Ram 1500 advertised online for a good price. Confirmed they had it so I would come down the next day to see it, Saturday morning. I was 1 hour's drive away. Saturday morning, I call on the way but salesman was busy. I said I would be there at 11:30am. Get there and salesman was still busy so another salesperson says she will handle it. She looks for keys for test drive, comes back and says the truck was sold last night, Friday night. She asks if I would be interested in anything else. I said NO and that I only wanted to look at the truck they showed online and had promised was there when I called the day before. I get ready to leave and she goes and gets the manager. He says "we sold that last night to a new dealership we are opening in another location. I can have them get it ready and you could go see it on Tuesday." I said "What??? No I'm not going to do that." He said hang on and came back later saying that they could have it ready to test drive in a half hour at the other location. I decided to leave. I felt like I had been played. They wanted to act like the truck was gone and push me into another truck at most likely a higher price. Then when I said I only wanted to look at that specific truck, it magically was going to be available even though it had been sold. Recap: I drive an hour to get there. She told me "sorry, it sold last night." Then the manager says he could have it ready to look at in a half hour. I don't purchase vehicles every year but I know it's not supposed to go like this.

So I had a 55 dollar coupon for oil change, tire rotation and check the brakes and all the other levels, they completely destroyed one of my lug nuts and said they were swelling [really?] so in other words they did not rotate the tires because they wanted to charge 140 for lug nuts and didn't check my brakes and 55 turned into 77 without completing the inspection, I WILL NEVER take any of my vehicles to this place again, now I have to fix the lug nuts because of them tearing one up. so dissatisfied with the work done to my vehicle

I see the same complaint I have is the same complaints identified in the previous reviews. I purchased a cadillac in July 2021 from Crestmont. I had to file a complaint because the salesman added a extended warranty after I specially said I was not interested. I know it was done on purpose because it was the only paperwork unsigned by me. For my one year anniversary they sent me a coupon for an oil change in the mail on and in my email. I cut the coupon off the card and took it in to use at the dealership. Dave Moore very rudely accused me of cutting off the expiration date and told me I couldn't use the coupon because it had expired. I told him I just got it in the mail last week and it couldn't have expired. There was no expiration date on the card. I pulled up the same coupon on my phone and showed it to him, he physically took my phone and said he had to go ask if I could use the coupon they sent me days earlier. How rude and disrespectful that was. He reading the email but he has to take possession of my phone to ask someone. The I ask if my car was ready. Rudely told me I'll call you when it's ready. Another review called him out for being rude. My check engine light came on this week and left 2 voice mails for Anthony Tran with no response. I spoke to a rep and she assured me he was in and she would personally leave a message on his desk. A week later and he never called. This is the same complaint in other reviews, no one calls you back. One incidence, you might consider an oversight, two you think suspicious but three incidents in a year, it the culture of the company and it must be sanctioned by management because it continues. My advice is to run and don't do business with Crestmont unless you want to get in bed with horrible customer service. I will not go here again.

Just bought a 2018 ATS at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac in Beavercreek, Ohio where the process - start to finish was top shelf - couldn't ask for more. Initial phone contact, follow-up from Rob in Sales, negotiation, trade-in - all smooth and agreeable. On arrival, the car was prepped, clean and various accessories were explained. Paperwork was ready with no surprises. Their team was welcoming and I was pleased. The experience, and more importantly, the sedan, were both everything I expected.

I would just like to thank the folks at SVG WCH for their honest and professional service in regard to the factory recall work that my vehicle needed. I called Jerry Haag in Hillsboro three weeks ago and they said they had to order parts and would call me back...I never heard a word out of them. So I called SVG on Monday. They said it would take a couple of days and made an appointment for me for Wednesday morning! Staff was comprised of genuinely polite and courteous individuals. It was a real treat to visit this dealer/service center.
