I purchased a 2017 crew cab Chevy on 11/16/2021. 4 days of having it there was a problem starting it. It would delay and then finally start. Call dealership explain the situation drove it there they had it for two days and could not find anything wrong with. Said that everything was fine. Took it back home and still had same issue. I also live 49 miles from there and had to take it back a second time where they had it for three days and said that they could not find again anything wrong with it. I asked them if they started it first thing of a morning and he said yes and started every time with no hesitation. I told him that was strange because ever since we had the truck it it always delayed especially in the morning but yet I was told it started every time with no problem. And I forgot, the first time I took it there one of the service guys told me it sounds like the fuel pump is going out in it. When I told him that one of the service guys said that it sounded like the fuel pump he said that none of his guys would have said that and basically called me a liar!! I got stuck over Christmas at a store because the truck wouldn’t start at all!! Thank goodness that the truck has extended warranty and I bought it certified was able to take it to Bob Moore in Edmond and was told fuel pump is definitely bad!! I will never go back to Joe Cooper Chevrolet in Shawnee. As a matter fact I will not ever purchase another vehicle from any of the Joe Cooper‘s.

I live in Houston, TX and was shopping around for a 2019 Cadillac CTS-V. I just recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade in Nov 2018 at Central Houston Cadillac. They took good care of me with my purchase so I decided to give them the 1st shot at the deal. Unfortunately my original Sales person and Sales manager I worked with is no longer with the company but one of the Sales Manager was still working there so I told him what I was looking for and he went to located the vehicle for me and found it. He then sent me the price quote sheet and from what I can see he was charging me full MSRP so I called and asked why? His answer was why would he sell this car for less when he can sell it for full price. This was his answer after I told him what a great dealer they have how his sales team helped me with my new purchased. So guess what I did, the big mistake he made was including the Vin # of the vehicle so I googled it and found the car sitting at Bob Moore Cadillac at Norman, OK. One thing stood out is that I’ve purchased a Porsche before From Bob Moore of Porsche. So I called Bob Moore Cadillac and mentioned what had happened. I spoke to Mory and right away we hit it off. Mory took great care of me as a repeat customer. He provided the same quality service as I received when I purchased my Porsche. I drove 6hrs to OK to pick up the car. I got to the dealer at 8:30AM and I was welcomed by Thi and he took the time to answer all my questions and went thru all the paperwork. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even had me pick out something from the Gift Shop as a Thank you. So I wanted to take this time again to Thank Bob Moore Cadillac Specially to Mory and Thi for the great service. I wished the dealer was her in Houston as they need more people like them here.

Bought a pre owned Cadillac and less than 3 months after owning it, had a major problem with the stabilization pump. I live about an hour + from Guthrie, but called and made an appointment. They found the problem but were not sure they could locate the pump. Found it in OKC! Young man ran to get it during lunch, and I was up an running about 2 hours later. While I waited, the service dept kept me informed and Marcia took extra special care of me. They are THE BEST people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would recommend (and have recommended them) to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. They have my business and my trust for sure. Glad they are there. GREAT group of people.
