Honestly the best experience I've ever had! From the salesmen Al to the Finance Manager Jade the customer service was unbelievable! This was the first time I had to finance a car on my own after getting in a car accident and I was dreading it. Then I decided on a whim to go into this dealership and it was truly a great experience. Al is not pushy or "sales-y" at all and he really listened to me and helped me decide what my needs were and ultimately helped me make my decision so easily. Jade I can't say enough good things about him, he's so caring and good at explaining everything, he is truly a one of a kind finance guy and I can't thank him enough for making the process a smooth one!

Richard Kay is the finest dealership I have ever worked with. Absolutely terrific people from the sales staff, to the Service Manager, and today Mike James in the body shop. Outstanding people skills. Today I had the pleasure to work with Mike. My brand new Silverado was scratched by a metal jean button. I was very upset to say the least. I took my truck to the Kay Shop to see what could be done. Mike looked at the problem and suggested a possible solution. I agreed and 15 minutes later the problem was corrected. He was very gracious and polite. I will recommend RKS to anyone looking for a vehicle. Just a pleasure to work with everyone. Thank you so much. John.

Buyer beware!!!! I bought a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from them. During the buying process They kept coming up with stories to keep adding charges. List was $31000.00 i put 4000 down. On final it came to 39000.00. So going to finance it they came back with a 9.9% loan I said no. Give me paper work and ill go to my bank during this time i asked over 5 times to get paper work and they refused.. So i signed a 6.6% loan and went to my bank. They will but have to wait 30 days. Be careful they will over charge you when they know you want that car.

Bad at honoring Appointment made at least 30 days in advance for car repairs or Maintenance. I have waited for 60 days after 2 appointments were dropped due to The front desk Secretary's not calling to confirm online appointment and appointment made in person to repair radio wiring.
