The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a Jeep in all my life. Too many mistakes were made. After signing all the paperwork and a cashier's check in hand , the GM refused to sale the Jeep because he said it was not safe. But I don't believe it. I think it was priced too low and sold it later for a higher price. Very disappointed in this experience.

The worst ever dealership in whole area specifically in Clarksville, TN. I bought a a Chevy Suburban 2019 LT and a Chevy Traverse 2019 LT from them with just few months apart as brand new vehicles back in 2019. They have the worst customer service and will simply refuse to return your calls or listen to any genuine complaints. The alternator on my Chevy Trevers went bad after just little over 36000 miles. I called them several times and left several messages just to ask if my warranty will cover it but they never bothered to return my calls or even bothered to respond back my inquiries. Please stay away from them, they act like they are giving you a favor by selling you a vehicle and once you have bought the vehicle from them then forget about anything nice from them. They have zero credibility and regard for their customers.

I have been looking for a specific 2021 GMC Sierra Denali for quite some time, The availability has been restricted due to a computer chip manufacturer's facility destruction by fire earlier this year. A problem with my existing vehicle is what brought me into the dealership (see my Donnie Hatcher review). I was heading home from a disappointing experience I had in Brownsville, when I decided to stop at Serra Chevrolet in Jackson and get my truck looked at. As I was speaking with Stephen Woods (a Service Agent) The Service Manager walked up and said he would look at the vehicle. He got in assessed the problem and and had an appointment scheduled for two weeks later - an unusual approach to customer service! I walked away so impressed with the way my issue was handled that I decided to speak to a Sales Representative about a vehicle that peaked my curiosity. As I entered the showroom I was greeted by the receptionist/hostess. I explained that I wanted some information about a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, knowing the computer chip issue had caused a delivery delay for many car manufactures. Not seeing an available Sales Rep, who was not already with other customers, she disappeared looking for me some help. When she returned, she said that Jonathan Ulderich (aka :Bow Tie" would be right with me - and he was! As I described my dream vehicle, he advised that he thought he had one "in the back" further explaining that it had arrived last night and was still wrapped in plastic. Sure enough, the Denali soon arrived outside and we began our look-see. The truck was the color I wanted, had most of the appointments I was hoping for right down to the interior. It was as if someone had read my thoughts. The only deviation, it had a 6.2 V-8 and I wanted a 5.3 v-8. So I said lets go talk. BO (Bow Tie) did not pressure me during our negotiations, the experience was very amicable - a rerity in the care sales industry Everyone involved in the transaction went out of their way to ensure the sale went smoothly. A GREAT dealership to do business with.

fyi Landers does not service (including simple oil changes) for ‘older’ vehicles prior to 2014. Take your business to Jackson, TN. They are the best and highly qualified to work on vehicles. I won’t purchase from a dealer who is supposed to be high quality and doesn’t service their own vehicles. I understand supply and demand but this is a level of ridiculous.

Overall, great experience at Courtesy. They had several options of Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon models. I was able to easily test drive different trucks and ask questions about the trim levels. I purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon All Terrain, which I am very happy with. When I arrived to finalize the deal, my truck was parked out front, waiting and was in immaculate condition. Closing process was reasonably quick and hassle free.

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.
