Steer clear of Bale Collision Downtown on Cross St. It has been extremely difficult to just get a status update and you have to deal with their infamously rude manager Andy Roberts. They have had my truck since 2/7 and repairs were supposed to begin 2/10. They are now telling me my truck will not be ready until approximately 3/7! Unacceptable for the amount of damage done. I spoke with three different people about what had been done so far and they all had different answers. Andy finally stated he did not want to work on it so I am arranging to have it towed somewhere else.

Every time i use this shop, im never given a status of my vehicle, it takes them forever to do the work requested, ive never gotten my vehicle on the day it was dropped off. NEVER, they have kept my vehicle two days for a brake inspection.
