Derrick was so awesome to work with. My husband came in after already doing some research and knew exactly what he wanted when we came in. Derrick greeted us with a smile and right away took my husband to look at the Traverse that my husband wanted. Because of the unexpected stop we weren’t prepared to buy anything since we had already shopped around at several places prior Harbor Chevrolet but Derrick assured us he’d do his best to help us out. From the very beginning of the process, Derrick was friendly, attentive to our needs, well mannered, super helpful and not pushy…which is so important! He did everything with a smile and got us into that Traverse my husband wanted! The process was so easy and we didnt feel rushed in any way. Derrick even got started on vehicle trade in and getting things rolling before we got back to the car lot, since it was an unexpected stop and we needed to drop off some family members at home. Excellent customer service all around from walking onto the lot, into the building, to the front desk and the delivery of our brand new car! Dishonest and someone should probably sue the owner of this dealership under the Unfair Business and Professions Code 17200. I was told that I would be paying MSRP (minus discounts) for a Bolt EUV and on that basis, drove down from SF. At the last minute, the finance manager told me that there was a pre-installed $999 anti-theft product that I could not turn down. I relied on the representation that I would be paying MSRP, not MSRP + a thousand dollar product that I affirmatively do not want, and wasted at least 4 hours.
