In today's society people are more inclined to voice their dissatisfaction with the customer service received than to applaud exceptional service. However ,I would be remiss if i did not take the time to acknowledge a few members on your team. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sales Rep Tony Catalano , Sales Manager Brian Ferrell, and Robert J. Wolfe "Wolfey". All of whom are truly assets to your organization and an amazing representation of providing quality customer service. Each of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, displayed a willing to assist, and were extremely patient with me. They made my interactions with your company very pleasurable. Because of my experience not only will I continue patronizing your business but will recommend it to family and friends. Again, thank you for treating me like a valued customer.

Dealership is a laid-back business that the sales crew does not push you or strong arm you into buying a vehicle . We drove down from Pennsylvania. I recommend diver Chevrolet to everybody my salesman was Joe Dunn we went in to look at a Tahoe and we told them we did not want to buy today because our daughter was going off to college Joe represented himself as a normal guy who is not going to push you into buying a vehicle . Joe was Very knowledgeable with the vehicle that we were looking at he had all the answers to the questions me and my wife had .they looked at our trade they gave us a number and they said give us a call Monday . We went across the street to look at another SUV but the dealership was very pushy and they did not care about our needs they just wanted to sell a vehicle. So me and my wife took our daughter to college we came home Monday morning Joe called us and we were able to make a deal they made this process so easy I recommend everybody who wants to buy a Chevy to go there thank you Mr. Diver for having a great team and this is why you have been in business for so long. I love My new Tahoe

We came to Lewes for the week with our family vehicle. It started riding rough about an hour outside of Lewes. We made it here and parked the car. On Monday when we tried to start the car to take it to the dealership, it wouldn’t start. Bryan, the service director, helped us find towing when onstar couldn’t. He started looking at the vehicle on Tuesday and was able to tear apart the engine, get parts, replace them all, and have the engine back together by Friday. He kept us well informed and did everything he could to get us our vehicle back before we had to head home which is almost 4 hours away. He and the entire staff at Burton were absolutely incredible. If you need service while you’re in Lewes look no where else.

If you need any help at all with your vehicle call this dealership. Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna, DE took me in after my normal service dealership could not accommodate my service needs. The first person to take my call was Connie and she made the whole experience easy and addressed all my questions before I even asked them. I had a "Service 4WD" message on my truck and they were able to schedule me for service the very next day. They also provided a loaner car while they had my truck. Keith was my service representative and I received nothing but excellent and professional customer service from him. Folks like Connie and Keith make the whole experience at Willis Chevrolet very enjoyable. Thank you guys

.Bought used car from them seven years ago. Dealer has done all work on vehicle. Had emissions problem and dealer did $850 worth of repairs and then could not finish repair and informed me the vehicle was not stock and they only repaired factory stock vehicles. Now taking it to another location which will do its own diagnosis and repair of what is broken or not repaired correctly since dealer did not finish repair and would not send vehicle to another shop to finish repair they started and charged for.

I've bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership so far. The salesmen I've worked with have been great each time. Listening to what i want and never trying to up-sell me and never trying to show me vehicles i don't want to see like I've experience at other dealerships on many occasions. The sales managers and finance managers have likewise been great. I've gotten a good deal on both my trade ins and they never tried to pressure me into buying all the extra add-ons that I didn't want or need and even catering to my unusual request on my last purchase (swapping after market exhaust from trade in to new vehicle). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a sales experience that goes against all the stereotypes of buying a car with a dealer. To top it off their service department has always been great. Friendly service and good work.

Unable to duplicate a transmission shutter even though there is a service bulletin out explaining what’s going on, even goes as far as showing pictures on how to fix the issue. They first drove it in the PARKING LOT to try and duplicate the problem. Once we complained about that they did drive it for 13 miles and said they couldn’t duplicate the problem and told us that GM would only pay them for a certain amount of minutes and their minutes were up so they couldn’t drive it any longer. Steering loose - again service bulletin out. They claim it would take hours to do - service bulletin shows 15 minutes worth of work which we had fixed elsewhere and the repair was less than 5 minutes - you read that correctly - less than 5 minutes. They told us they fixed it only to find out when we decide we had had enough of waiting around that we would be coming to pick up our truck that it in fact had not been fixed. Running boards - peeling - dealership stated it was a faulty part and it was covered under warranty. Again.... pretty obvious fix. We were told our truck would be ready for pickup - it wasn’t. They claim the parts were not in, we needed the truck so we picked it up. Upon picking up our truck it was documented that the steering and running boards were all warranty work. We would return next week to pick up our new running boards. Next week turned into TWO weeks later only to find out the service manager “looked into” our vehicle and it was a few DAYS out of warranty so they would cover nothing under warranty. We have called GM and filled not one but two formal complaints. Again, we have our checkout paperwork showing all items would be covered under warranty and then when the parts came in they tell us that our truck was DAYS, not months, not years, but DAYS outside of the 3 year mark. We were well under in mileage but we were out by days! We also called IG Burtons General Manager - Daniel Hall left voice mails and NEVER got a phone call I’m return. Do not waist your time or money - go elsewhere - we did!
