On Nov 10, 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10AM. I arrived at 10AM. 12:15 comes around and I decided to go to the service desk to see how much longer it would take for them to be done. To my dismay, my truck had not been touched. I asked how much longer it would be and was told about 15 minutes when they would begin servicing my truck and another 45 min to an hour before the service would be done. I told them that I did not want to wait another hour or more for them to complete the service and that I would just leave. For whatever reason, the service representative took issue with me deciding to leave and got an attitude as if I'm wrong for not wanting to spend another hour at a dealership for something that I could have gone to Express Oil Change for and been done in 15-30 minutes. I was told that they only had a skeleton crew working in the shop which is why they were behind. Not my problem. I understand that it's difficult finding help these days but if that's the case, schedule people accordingly. Don't have customers make an appointment only to have them wait 2 or more hours then get an attitude when the customer decides they no longer want to wait. I was not rude at all. I was cordial and respectful to the service consultants. Janet was as accommodating as she could be and offered me a bottle of water but that other woman....I didn't get her name, she needs some training on customer care or a vacation.
