This dealership has a wonderful sales and finance team, and puts the *customer first.* Their care and concern for my aunt and uncle, who are new residents to the area, was impressive. Brian McKinney was an excellent ambassador of the Chevrolet brand and of the dealership. He was thorough, answered his phone on a Sunday, and worked hard to ensure we had an enjoyable and beneficial transaction. They love their Chevrolet Equinox and, on our way to the celebration dinner tonight, we all enjoyed our turn driving. I am so proud of this company and this dealership. Sold me a bad car. I bought this car at the end of April and have had it in the shop more than I could drive it. I have called and called at first, they gave my $1000 back but then the whole computer system and brake system went out on it. I have been told by many mechanics as well as another dealership there is no way that Tom Naquin's mechanics did not see these problems. This was the first time I was buying a car and I feel as though they took advantage of me. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE people who are running this place. I was told by another dealership that I was lucky my car breaks did not go out on me when I bought the car. I will never buy a car from them again.

In this crazy time of buying/selling cars, we drove 5 1/2 hours to this Dealership to purchase an in-stock vehicle that we found on the GM website that matched our wants. Shawna, the internet manager, was very helpful in getting our questions answered prior to our visit. The Dealership is very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Tim Crosier, advocated for us in getting any discount that applied to the vehicle. Tim was knowledgeable about the many features the car had, and took time to explain them to us. The Sales Manager, Chris, worked with us on pricing the dealer add-ons that had been previously done to the vehicle. We believe we received a good trade in value for our car (with Tim's help). We would recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car purchase.
