I love my truck and the service dept keeps up with my maintenance needs. Leroy was a great help and they had the best price. I was pleasantly surprised when My truck was delivered clean and ready for me so fast.

I have always found the service very satisfactory. Would have rated 5 stars except for the annoying incidents of changing my operational settings every service event. Last month my Bluetooth connections were disconnected. This was beyond annoying.

Sales representative Buddy was very pleasant to deal with as well as the sales management who helped sort out some financing worries I was having. The financial process when going over extras like extended warranties was less then pleasant. Never purchased a vehicle from a dealership that was more pushy with selling extended warranties as this one. I ended up getting one at a better deal than originally offered, but only after turning it down about four times. That is the only reason I purchased it. Thats not honest business in my opinion if your not willing to offer the good deal unless they turn the original deal down. Not fair to customers who know they want an extended warranty and just take whats offered. That and offering better interest rates only if the warranty was purchased. That part was sorted out after I kept questioning it. Overall a good experience, and I would purchase from Koons again if I was in the market for another vehicle.

As I step foot on the service department all personnel greeted me as they knew me from long time. I experienced great customer service that should be the standard for all places that deals with people on a day to day basis. As I arrived, my loaner truck was ready for me and Brandon went above and beyond to get all my paperwork ready to get going. He called me and gave me status of my truck and it did not took more than a minute to have me get my truck and head home. Brandon's quality of service and attention is worth for me to drive 45 mins and get taken of rather than the dealer next door from me. I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work. I also need to mention that I screwed up on a online review in the past and gave him a "not so good" review there. He was so attentive that he reached out and respectfully asked if there was anything to bring to attention. Then I realized my mistake and told him my mistake. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I had an excellent experience. Please note that different Koons dealerships are managed differently. This one was professional; felt like the salesperson, manager and director of finance where all straightforward, proactive in trying to make the sale, but transparent. Going through the carfax and the report on what the dealer had done to put the car in the market where very helpful when buying a used car. Overall I highly recommend them. Karen was a very good sales associate.

Grant Williams, Jordan Newman and Chris Reynolds were super cooperative with my particular needs: I booked a one way flight from Tennessee to Washington D.C. so that I could drive our new Equinox home myself. I wanted to break-in the brakes, the camshaft and seat the piston rings with some proper procedures. When we first found the vehicle we wanted, Lexington Park reserved it for us without even a down payment or some "good faith" money. This dealership went the extra mile and then some to accommodate my unusual requests. Chris picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. This is a good place to buy a car.

I took my Cadillac CTS to get serviced 2 weeks ago. It was constantly not detecting the remote and would not start. The issue was getting worst. Miller Brothers kept it for 2 weeks. At first they told me that it was a remote issue. I took my second remote to them because it was doing the same thing. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them and they told me that they could not find a problem and it worked fine. I picked the vehicle up and took it home. The very next morning they vehicle would not start and the display is indicating that it is not detecting the remote. I am irate and this is very very poor service.

My husband and I were looking for weeks for a used car which would fit our needs. after many trips to different dealerships and the frustration of having a really hard time finding a used car which would fit our budget and work for us and our english mastiffs, we luckily received an email from Madison Hill ( Sales Associate ) that she would do her very best to help us find what we been looking for. She kept her word and as we walked in at the dealer ship we been greeted with professionalism and outstanding customer care. Madison showed us a Minivan she thought could be of our interest and Sales Manager "Roby " (Robert) helped figuring out the numbers. I am a traveling electrician from Mississippi. I took my car in for an oil change and to check a noise coming from engine about September 21, 2022. They informed me the lifters had gone out of the truck. It took over 3 weeks for them to get an approval for my warranty company who paid the max of $7,500, which still leaves me with an out of pocket cost of roughly $2,000. Additionally, the representative, Kaleb had also attempted to add other things to the price that had nothing to do with my engine or lyfters, which would have had me out of much more. Without asking for clarification of the price, this would have never been understood and the additional charge would have stuck. The used engine finally arrived October 17, 2022 and I was informed it would take until October 27th to be installed. Keep in mind I am constantly having to call to inquire about the status and date of total repair with no follow-up at all from them, as well as having to find transportation for this long. Calling on yesterday the 27th and speaking again with Kaleb, he proceeds to tell me I will have to pay additional fees for the oil and other fluids that are needed to ensure the engine is working correctly, which obviously should have been already included in the $9,500 price and also meant my truck was still not ready as promised. They have extended the repair out to Monday the 31st now, which will put them over a month having my truck and me out of that much more money renting cars. Please help!

They treated us as if we were the only customers in the place. We have been to two other Chevelet dealers near us and were not treated with the respect and kindness that we received at Bayside Chevelet.
