I wish I could be 100% confident of who I worked with, I am just bad with names, but I am pretty sure it was Steve. I can’t seem to make up my mind on a car, so I check their website regularly for one that might catch my eye. I have driven a Blazer, a Wrangler, and a Trailblazer on 3 separate occasions. Not once did my salesman act irritated to be working with me while I sorted out my wants. Even when I had to run in on my lunch and he was waiting for an appointment he still set me up in the car and gave a quick, but comprehensive review of the vehicle. My family has been staunch anti Gregg Young since before they purchased John Kraft Chevrolet. The salesman I worked with has changed that for me. When I told him I was just looking he gave no pushback, just answered my questions to the best of his knowledge with a friendly disposition. I ended up leaving the market because my trade value had dropped so drastically in recent months, and upon follow up, when I explained this, he was very kind and I have not been bothered with constant follow-ups since. If I find the right car at this dealer, I will not hesitate to purchase.

My daughter worked with Kurt to purchase the first Subaru that anyone in our family has ever owned. We started late on a Thursday afternoon and made the final decision on which vehicle to purchase and which dealership we would purchase through. Kurt is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My daughter ended up selecting a Subaru Forester and she couldn’t be more happy or proud of the selection she made. Finance was very easy to deal with and made that portion of the purchase experience very pleasant. No pressure to purchase an arms length of extras or options and accessories. Hands down, this is probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been involved in. Thanks Kurt!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made contact with this dealership. I inquired about a Subaru Outback but had also done the same at a lot of other dealerships the previous evening. I started getting replies from a "Melissa", asking if I had any questions and such. I asked about which vehicle in particular I had inquired about. I was replied to again by Melissa asking to give more contact info in order to continue and someone named Jayson reach out to me. I had already made it very clear that I wanted to communicate at that time through email, so it was confusing to me why Melissa was continuing to press me for contact info. I then received a reply from this Jayson character stating,"Melissa is not a real person, you are yelling at somebody who doesn't exist, she's my virtual assistant. If you have any questions or if you're interested in Subaru please let me know sincerely Jayson Neeley." That was the rude and condescending first real response I got from this sales person. All from stating very plainly that I had given all the contact info I wanted to up to that point. So Jayson got upset that I wasn't playing along, helping him fill his dealre contact list and started the interaction with an extremely rude statement. I was stunned by the response. Knowing there was going to be no further dealings with this dealership after this, I responded in turn, calling this clown out for his behavior. Jayson continued then to make outlandish statements about me further digging his hole. I have NEVER been met with such an unprofessional person at their place of work before. Would not recommend going to this place at all.

Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.

I've been a "car guy" since I was a toddler and have done business with many car dealers in my life; Harchelroad's is one of the top two I've ever dealt with, and the other is a BMW dealer. After I decided to sell my M3 and that my next car would be a Corvette I started talking to dealers, and I dealt with a number of them all over the country until I met Dillon Harchelroad. He is by far the most pleasant, most knowledgeable Corvette sales person I've ever met, and I don't give praise lightly. To frame my comments, my boys and I restore classic muscle cars for fun, and we're fussy. We know and appreciate cars inside and out, so it's hard to "snow" us. Harchelroad's is the real deal. I know I went overboard with questions of Dillon but he never faltered. He was patient and friendly throughout my extended analysis period and always came through with answers to my detailed questions. He even instructed his paint shop spray a color chip for me of their new Sebring Orange color so I could see first hand what it really looked like. I picked up my 2019 Sebring Orange Corvette Grand Sport a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with my new baby and with my buying experience at Harchelroad's. The car was perfectly prepared and the paperwork was fast and simple. What a breath of fresh air; I'll be a customer for life.

I worked with Greg Dudley who easily explained how all the electronic systems worked and was very helpful through out the entire buying process. The Service Department is Second to None!!! I was kept updated on the progress truthfully. My Service Consultant Steve French was Outstanding!!! Very Knowledgeable and People Friendly. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... Now, that's customer satisfaction!!!

I have impeccable credit and have purchased several cars over the years from Team. However, things have drastically changed. Prior to test driving the car I was interested in, I spoke to the finance representative and the car sales associate. I wanted to make sure there was no interest in the car. I could not stay and wait, so I asked them to call me. The day after, I left a message and heard nothing. The 3rd day, I saw a car with an intransit  driving around. After talking to the owner and manager, they said it was poor communication and all they could do was say, sorry. I waited a few weeks after finding another truck, which I was interested in. I texted and called the sales representative and he texted me three days later, on two occasions, saying. “I am having a hard time finding that truck. Maybe it’s in the back. I will keep looking.” WOW, they have no clue what they are doing there. I do not recommend going there. Here is the deal, with inflation, high interest rates, so forth and so on. Don’t you think they would want to sell vehicles?

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again. Jim McGraw

I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!

I recently purchased a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from this dealership. When I went in to test drive the vehicle the dealership had to jump start it, then it had the ABS/Traction lights on. I asked the sales person to look into it -- the reply that I got was that they turned on due to the jump start. I proceeded to ask that this issue be checked and repaired before I would purchase it. I was told that it would be remedied. I stated that I didn't want the light "just reset" and that I wanted it looked at, I was assured that it would be. When I returned to purchase the vehicle all "seemed" well. I got my new car and off I went. At no time was I informed about the other issues with the vehicle. I later found that the rear wider didn't work, the rear wiper cover was missing and the vent covers were missing on some of the rear vents. A couple of days after the purchase the ABS/Traction lights came back on, I would have to turn off the car to reset them. I also was at my parents house, my children were getting into the vehicle when I heard a crash. I looked over and the passenger side running board was laying on the ground. I thank God that I wasn't driving when the happened because who knows what accident could have transpired. I placed the running board in the back of my vehicle and drove directly over to the dealership, I explained all the issues that I had, I was informed that I bought the vehicle "as is" and that they "can't fix everything". I was told that they would be happy to remove the other running board but I would have to come back later. I don't live or work in Grand Island so returning during the week is not a good alternative for me. I have now been driving around with just 1 running board for some time, I have priced the parts that I need to repair the rear wiper and vents. At this time I can't afford to fix the things that are wrong. I am so disappointed in Dinsdales, I went there because I had heard that they were good -- boy was I wrong. I have 2 children that I will need to buy cars for, I can tell you I will not be going to Dinsdales to purchase them. UPDATE as of 7/3/2017: My starter went out today. I know this can't be predicted but just seemed like another nail in the coffin.
