I am not someone who likes car shopping and it's been a long time since I took out a car loan so I dreaded taking this step. I had been to other dealerships with no luck. Then I stopped in Hilltop and met Noah. He helped me find a car that fit my family's needs with a payment I could live with. He really cared that I got the right thing. He asked me lots of questions to find out what was important to me. He helped me choose my financing and did it all with a smile. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. Hilltop is definitely our family's dealership from now on.

I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.

At the end of the day we purchased a car from here but it was after a challenging sales process. Neither the sales manager or the sales rep paid any attention to me, the wife, when my husband and I were in the dealership. Always deferred to him even though it was very clear that this car was for me, that I was the one making the purchasing decision, and at the end of the day I was the one to sign the check. After three visits they still didn’t remember my name but could always remember my husbands. Definitely would recommend that they reflect on how they work with female buyers and hopefully put efforts forth to hire female sales reps.
