Employees are friendly and cordial. The only problem I have is, when they called me over the phone to pay for my service, I gave my card number and then I was told that there would be a 3.5 percent charge to me if I used my charge card! I've never had to pay a big company a charge card fee! I've been bringing my vehicles for several years to Heister to be serviced. And to charge me the credit card fee is wrong. It has bothered me enough that we are thinking of taking our cars to some other mechanic.

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Lee Chevrolet three - tractorman

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Lee Chevrolet three times to have a rattle fixed under warranty. After three visits to dealership the service manager tells me that they know what the rattle is and that it cannot be fixed. I have driven a 2017 and a 2019 gm pick ups. Both were company trucks and neither had the rattle that my present truck has. It can be fixed.

I would like to personally say Casey at Everett Chevy in Hickory is definitely your salesman to shop with, from the start Casey made me feel comfortable with my buying experience keeping my needs in mind in what I was looking for in a vehicle. He has a great personality and knowledge of cars and the market. Since most people don’t like going to dealerships since they feel like they get played or scammed I felt very comfortable shopping here no gimmicks straight to the point he made you feel like he was getting this car personally for you with no tricks. Also I recommend taking a ride in the golf cart for a tour of the lot he will definitely make you enjoy your visit to Everett, I definitely will be buying my future vehicles through him. They advertised a 2019 Honda Pilot in Autotrader for $27.5k in October 2022, but as we made plans to travel 3 hours to pick it up, they wouldn't give us a firm "out the door figure" and we realized they would not sell it for that advertised amount (plus their fees). The price to actually buy it was $32k (plus their fees, "out the door" price of $35.5k).
