Finally, people that were actually helpful without thinly veiled attempts to confuse the price negotiations or making you wait while the salesperson (doesn’t) speaks to his manager. Dalton and Peyton are awesome and super helpful. It was the first time I drove away in a new car not feeling pissed off, stomach knotted and/or dirty.

I purchased a 2017 crew cab Chevy on 11/16/2021. 4 days of having it there was a problem starting it. It would delay and then finally start. Call dealership explain the situation drove it there they had it for two days and could not find anything wrong with. Said that everything was fine. Took it back home and still had same issue. I also live 49 miles from there and had to take it back a second time where they had it for three days and said that they could not find again anything wrong with it. I asked them if they started it first thing of a morning and he said yes and started every time with no hesitation. I told him that was strange because ever since we had the truck it it always delayed especially in the morning but yet I was told it started every time with no problem. And I forgot, the first time I took it there one of the service guys told me it sounds like the fuel pump is going out in it. When I told him that one of the service guys said that it sounded like the fuel pump he said that none of his guys would have said that and basically called me a liar!! I got stuck over Christmas at a store because the truck wouldn’t start at all!! Thank goodness that the truck has extended warranty and I bought it certified was able to take it to Bob Moore in Edmond and was told fuel pump is definitely bad!! I will never go back to Joe Cooper Chevrolet in Shawnee. As a matter fact I will not ever purchase another vehicle from any of the Joe Cooper‘s.

Julian was terrific with the knowledge of the vehicle, it was a pleasure dealing with him on a very easy transaction. everything from beginning to sitting in the finance office with Rick was a great buying experience. My family and I have bought many many vehicles from Frontier over the last 30 years and always loved and recommended it to others for sales and service. The office manager is also one of my neighbors. They really started declining in 2010 by starting a game with you on your trade in. I have always had to go to another dealer to find the fair trade on my vehicle prior to trading it in with Frontier as I like keeping my business local. My family and I put up with that for years because of great service however we noticed a sharp decline in the service department about a year ago. It started with we can’t get your vehicle in for several weeks to once you do get it in to you never get followed up with the status to your repair and it takes forever! Most of my family has moved on to the dealer just 10 miles north and now after hearing the service manager over the last few visits drop the f bomb many times I decided this is not the store for me or my family. He looks like a biker that belongs working at a bar with that mouth. I feel sorry for the parts guys having to work with him as they looked disgusted after he said it. The other big issue is the what seams like a very large turnover of employees and it’s not the same friendly store it was. I’m not telling you not to buy or take your vehicle here, just saying it’s no longer for me or my family. I guess I’m just not good with change and sure wish I could have back the old Frontier.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! Let me start by saying that I bought my car at Marc Heitz in 2008 and have serviced it since then at Marc Heitz. I've noticed the customer service level go down especially within the last year. I attempted to take my car in for an oil change three times, two of those times I was told they didn't have any time and that I would have to bring in my car some other time. I called on the third attempt and was told to bring my car in at 1 pm and that they would take care of me, and that it will be in and out. I bring in my car and wait for 2 hours for them to change my oil and fix my headlight. Sunday comes around and I realized the headlight that I just paid $55 for them to fix is STILL not working. Ugh! I bring it in the following Saturday, and am informed that the tech said it was working before I left and that I'm looking to spending another 2 hours for them to fix the headlight. Okay, I tell them fine I just really need it fixed that day - I've already paid for it and don't want to get a ticket in the interim. I sit down in the service area and the more I think about it the more I become enraged. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, I paid for a service that I obviously didn't receive, they tell me that it was working before I left and now I'll have to spend a total of 4 hours for a headlight change. At that moment I think - I don't want them to touch my car if this is how they go about fixing their errors and providing service. I go to the clerk and tell her I would like my car back and that I'm taking it somewhere else to be fixed. I'm told "Oh their working on it right now" yeah no, I want my car back now and I would like a refund for the services that I paid for but did not receive. I'm then told that they cannot give me refund because the service manager is the only one that can do that and he's not there. Fine, I leave and pay to have the headlight fixed (again). I ask the tech from the other place, is there any way that the headlight was working and then by chance it stopped working. I'm told no, there's no way. They first asked me if I actually took my care to get serviced or if I tried to have a friend or someone fix it. I said no, I took it to the dealership where I got it. The service tech couldn't believe that the individual who attempted to change my headlight was from a dealership because it looked like whoever tried to change it didn't know what they were doing. He said there was no way it ever worked when they changed it because they didn't snap it into place. Great! That following Monday morning I call the Service Manager and tell him of my experience he takes my name and number and tells me he's going to talk with his guys and give me a call back. It's now 5 days later and I still haven't heard from them. I can't BELIEVE this is the type of customer service I have received after being a loyal customer of 5 years. If they'll treat me like this, they'll treat anyone like this.
