Called and set up apt for 1:00pm to have my Corvette first year service done and they told me I could get it done by morning of the next day. Called mid morning and they told me they were working on it. When over at 1:00pm and found my car in the service lot and it looked like it had not been worked on. Went in and asked the service tech were they finished with it and he stated they were still working on it, which was not true. Asked if they had started and told him it was still in the lot and caught him off guard. Got some bs but ok got my car and now I am taking it to another dealer! My bad on not pushing them when I dropped my car off for a time it would be ready. A lot more to the story but be careful dealing with them.

After signing all the paperwork and a cashier's check in hand , the GM refused to sale the Jeep because he said it was not safe. But I don't believe it. I think it was priced too low and sold it later for a higher price. Very disappointed in this experience.

This in a review on jones Chevy. These people are absolute liars and crooks. They are world class con artists! After being scammed and several attempts to contact the GM , sales Mgr. Or anyone who would even listen all they would do as soon as they realized it was me they hung up the phone even the receptionist got on board call the internet Dept a while a Mgr there was listening in total disbelief another Mgr reached over and hung the phone up mid sentence. The person called me back on her personal cell and apologized saying she didn’t not condone that kind of actions. Although I believe she was probably the only ethical person there she said it was orders from the top and would loose her job if she tried to help. The BBB sent a case to them which the refused to respond. They just let us know that it would be filed as not responded to. Bottom line I can’t even begin to describe who big of lying crooks these people are. The worse part is their actions are obviously the way the ownership and management want them to conduct business. This is bar none the most crooked business I have ever experienced! I’m 68

The dealer said he could not sell us this car because it was already titled to some one in Florida???? My wife was in tears because this was her first brand new car and she was very disappointed. Reeder Chevrolet’s Auto-body shop is fantastic. I rarely review services however; these guys were amazing. My 2022 Corvette was taken into the facility in November of 21. Despite the supply chain problems, they sourced the parts and did a superb job on the repair. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility. They went above and beyond for me and I didn’t even buy the car there. They coordinated a weekend delivery, sourced parts efficiently, and i really appreciated the communication I received. With respect to the repair, all the gaps between the hood, fenders, and bumper were even. From my limited knowledge of auto body repair, this is how you can measure a quality repair job. The paint matched perfectly. If you have the misfortune of needing a repair, they are an excellent choice.

We bought a new 2019 Chevrolet Impala from Jamie Knight at Beaty Chevrolet and were very happy with the sale. Went back for the first free oil change. In and out reasonably quick. When I got home, I checked the oil level just as I have done for years. The level showed 1 Quart OVER full! I checked it 3 times and finally syphoned off 1 quart. I advised Service Dept and never got any sort of response. Went back for #2 oil change, and waited over 1 hour past SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! I was then informed that one of tires had a spike in it and could not be repaired. They replaced the tire. I got to thinking that the dashboard info did not show any reduced pressure at any time between leaving home at Sweetwater and arrival at Beaty-Knoxville. Asked to see the tire, but to no avail. However, the oil capacity was correct this time. Most recently, I called Beaty Service to make an appointment for 3rd oil change. I was told the next available date was in 3and 1/2 weeks. Made the appointment. Drove from home in Sweetwater to Beaty Service, arrived 20 minutes early . Finally, about 30 minutes after appointment time, their rep came to my car and I asked how long the wait was. He asked if I had an appointment and I told him it was 30 minutes ago, He said the wait time would be about 3 and 1/2 hours plus about 1 and 1/2 hours for the oil change if nothing else was needed. Figured I knew what that meant since I had been there before. I LEFT!! Based on my personal experience with Beaty Chevrolet at Knoxville, an oil change is about as follows: Make Appointment---- Anywhere from 2 to 3and 1/2 Weeks Drive from Sweetwater to Beaty-----1 Hour Wait for Service Rep past Appt. Time-1/2 Hour Waste time with Service Rep--------1/2 Hour Wait to get Oil Change-------------3 Hours Get Oil Change--------------------1 and 1/2 hours Drive from Beaty to Sweetwater-----1 Hour This totals about 7and 1/2 hours based on this personal experience, and does not include whatever extra service and expense you can probably expect! This is absolutely unacceptable for what should be a simple oil change! Incidentally, I made an appointment at a Local Auto Service at home the next day. They gave me a time of 3 hours after my call. I was there at that time, waited about 10 minutes, they took my car did the required service, checked all fluids tire pressure, etc , that Beaty claims to and did Not ad too much oil! OH YEAH, THE COST----They actually were about $5 more than Beaty "Coupon Price" which would probably not have been honored any way. And yes, they did use the Proper Synthetic Oil. I seriously doubt I will hear anything from Beaty, because They Obviously Do Not Care! But for anyone thinking of using Beaty Service, Be sure you check behind them and BEWARE!!!!!

I have been looking for a specific 2021 GMC Sierra Denali for quite some time, The availability has been restricted due to a computer chip manufacturer's facility destruction by fire earlier this year. A problem with my existing vehicle is what brought me into the dealership (see my Donnie Hatcher review). I was heading home from a disappointing experience I had in Brownsville, when I decided to stop at Serra Chevrolet in Jackson and get my truck looked at. As I was speaking with Stephen Woods (a Service Agent) The Service Manager walked up and said he would look at the vehicle. He got in assessed the problem and and had an appointment scheduled for two weeks later - an unusual approach to customer service! I walked away so impressed with the way my issue was handled that I decided to speak to a Sales Representative about a vehicle that peaked my curiosity. As I entered the showroom I was greeted by the receptionist/hostess. I explained that I wanted some information about a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, knowing the computer chip issue had caused a delivery delay for many car manufactures. Not seeing an available Sales Rep, who was not already with other customers, she disappeared looking for me some help. When she returned, she said that Jonathan Ulderich (aka :Bow Tie" would be right with me - and he was! As I described my dream vehicle, he advised that he thought he had one "in the back" further explaining that it had arrived last night and was still wrapped in plastic. Sure enough, the Denali soon arrived outside and we began our look-see. The truck was the color I wanted, had most of the appointments I was hoping for right down to the interior. It was as if someone had read my thoughts. The only deviation, it had a 6.2 V-8 and I wanted a 5.3 v-8. So I said lets go talk. BO (Bow Tie) did not pressure me during our negotiations, the experience was very amicable - a rerity in the care sales industry Everyone involved in the transaction went out of their way to ensure the sale went smoothly. A GREAT dealership to do business with.

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
