This has to be the worst dealership in America . - mt
This has to be the worst dealership in America . From the GM down to the service tech were at best rude and inconsiderate with an arrogant attitude.
I was trying to help a friend whose elderly Mother bought a car over the phone that was worth 15,000. But was sold to her for $24,500 with warranties upping it $29,000 resulting in a monthly payment of over $800.00. my friend's mother could not afford this type of payment and she was trying to get the payment lowered. She and her sister due to her mother's wording mental state got a power of attorney to keep her mother from situations exactly like this one.
My friend knew and thought she could trust the salesmen at Tallassee Ford named Shawn Finch but she was wrong. Mr Finch completely took advantage of my friend's mother saddling her with the excessive price and payments. Mr. Finch advised her to just answer the finance ( Chrysler Capitol ) to answer yes to every question and he would fix the payments later.
The sales manager and the F & I manager went along with this ruse. Ensuring my friend's mother would not be able to afford the car . A Mr. Rico Lewis the F & I manager continued to support this action.
My friend would not accept this action concerning her mother and was advised that she could come to the dealership to sign and remove the warranties and gap insurance while in route to the dealership ( over an hour away) Mr Finch knowing my friend was in route and armed with a POA contacted my friend's mother via phone ( violating the legal POA) and assured my friend's mother he had fixed the payments and they would now be $250.00. My friend arrived at Tallassee Automotive where she was told to sign some papers and to take possession of a completely different car. She signed the papers which was insisted by the salesman's before she was even allowed to see the car. Once she saw the car it was cheap looking but she took. possession of the car She was informed that the first car had to moved off the dealership property and she would then need to call the bank ( Chrysler Capital) to come pick the first car up but nobody at the dealership bothered to tell her that a repossession would ruin her mother's credit. My friend drove the 2nd car home after leaving the first car at a off site area. The 2nd cat was horrible, dirty dents all in the car just a car the dealership wanted to get rid of. $250. 00 a month was outrageous so my friend told the salesman she was returning the car that was pawned off on her mother tomorrow. The salesman never told her mother the new payment was on a different car letting the mother think it was a reduction on the first car. The second car had tire issues earlier that day and I personally attempted to at air in the right rear passenger tire but the stem cap would not come off in fact three of the caps would not come off so I took the tire off and to a local tire company had the stem replaced and air put in it. I drove my friend and another young lady toward Tallassee on I85 that eving when the drive front left blew out while on I85 doing over 70 mph and somehow got it to the shoulder and stopped. It was very close to going down a step embankment. We called the dealership and the GM Mr. Eric Cresswell, who never once asking if we were alright and told us he was sending someone to pick us up immediately then after 45 minutes we got a call Tallassee Automotive someone from Auburn saying he was on the way to get us. A very nice young man picked us up, Kendarius Floyd, .when we arrived at the dealership Mr. Cresswell took us into an office to talk but he was angry then he got childish when he misunderstood my friend said and stormed off. My friend signed some papers and we left.
I believe my friend and her mother were lied to, mislead ,cheated, and still to this minute the problem has not been corrected nor satisfied.

We took our truck here for an airbag recall. - PattiH
We took our truck here for an airbag recall. While the truck was with them the hitch was stolen. No one wants to return emails or phone calls and they claim they have no cameras on the premises which is a blatant lie because it is 2022 and everywhere has cameras. They just don’t want to cover the cost of the hitch because it was a nice hitch. So unless you want your stuff stolen and the business to cover up for their thieving employees I suggest finding another place.
If only there was a way for no stars or negative. - T.Hall
If only there was a way for no stars or negative. I bought a BRAND NEW Ram, 7 miles on it. After ONE month started feeling hard shifts & abnormal rumble. Took it in, was told I had a perfect truck, nothing wrong with it. 16 point inspection everything was great!..... not even ONE MONTH later I take it to another dealer to find there was a hole in my oil filter ( which happened during shipping the manufacture called the dealer when my vin was entered) so my brand new truck had ZERO oil. oil was covering the underneath of the truck. so 1.) Dothan did a 16 point inspection and everything was perfect just 20 days before???? 2.) never called to tell us to watch for any issues with a hole in the oil filter. Now, no one wants to help me out or make anything right when I have a brand new 60k truck that has already been totally out of oil & still having issues with the transmission. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend. the staff will tell you about their Cocaine addiction, their family life & keep you talking so they can make their sale & then help you no further.

My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke - darleeni
My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke Nissan in October 2021. When we purchased, one of the main things we requested was lifetime oil changes. It was included at the time of purchase. We have taken it back a few times for the oil changes and basically none of the experiences were good. On one of the trips, they left the oil plug loose and about half the oil leaked out. My husband had to tighten it up once he saw what was causing it. He called and told them what had happened and basically their response was “oh well, buy some more oil and when you come back in, we will reimburse you for the oil and give you some gas money for having to come back. Of course when he took the truck back they conventionally didn’t remember saying that. Luckily it was on his text messages where they told him they would do that. They still tried to get out of it but finally reluctantly reimbursed him.
Fast forward to today. My husband called yesterday and made an appointment to go in for an oil change. Not one word was said that oil changes which are FREE, we’re now NOT free. When we arrived, we were met by a service employee and he had his trusty little iPad and notebook and proceeded to tell us that “it was required” they do a brake line flush, radiator flush, and something else (at this point we were both furious) which would’ve been over $500 for all of it. If we didn’t agree to those services then our FREE OIL CHANGE would cost $69.95. My husband ask why because we have lifetime oil changes. He said that Nissan had cracked down on them about the cost of oil and they could no longer honor the contract. He made reference to it being stated in our contact that at anytime they have the right to change their mind so to speak and if we didn’t agree to all of those “flushes” (which can be flushed down the toilet) then we wouldn’t get free oil changes any longer.
To say that my husband and I are furious would be an understatement. I don’t know if the service guy was lying or if it’s true but I do know this, we will no longer recommend Nissan to anyone. I will post my complaint anywhere I can because I know that when they sell a car I’m sure they’ve added the cost of oil into the price somehow. Anyway, Nissan has lost a customer and I will be vocally outspoken to anyone thinking of purchasing any Nissan vehicle and definitely NOT recommending Jim Burke PERIOD.

Bought a new truck from them because they had the best... - ctfontana
Bought a new truck from them because they had the best price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $4000 than what the advertised price was on their website. Shame on me for not noticing it on the paperwork but this is very unethical and should be against the law but it is not! I called them back to discuss but was told that 30 days was to long. I didn't notice it until i went to get my tags and really didn't have a reason to look at the paperwork until then. They always want to talk monthly payment and never discuss purchase amount. They will keep you there for hours going back and forth to their sales manager pretending to do the best everytime they come back. Again shame on me for not catching it on the paperwork, but shame on them for being unethical and charging me more than their advertised price. This is not very good business and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Also contacting Ram corporate to let them know of their unhonest practices.
Service is off the charts. - Jasonnpennington
Service is off the charts. We were on our way home from fall break to Indiana and our tire pressure warning alarmed. We actually blew a tire on the way down, so we were over sensitive. We got so lucky to stop on their exit.
The Shell station air compressor was out of order so we went to this dealer. Immediately, Lisa took control and asked her team to help get this family home. I was generally overwhelmed by the team, their hospitality and care. We made it home 500+ miles later. If I was remotely closer, I would do business with this dealership in a heartbeat. You could just feel it in the culture when you heard them greet (not stalk) customers and talk the people as a function of the car experience. Jeep and ram are pretty cool even though we’re VW people. Unlike at home, Not once did I hear the “we’re short staffed” mantra. Very cool dealership.
Great people! Easy to work with! - RonN

You want a dealership that truly cares about earning your business, then this is the one. We stopped in one day to get an idea of what we were looking for, not quite ready to buy yet. Justin came out and introduced himself, he was super nice & did not put any pressure on us at all. A short time later one of the owners, Mr. Brady, walked out to the other side of the parking lot to meet us. Apparently this is something he tries to do with every customer. It made an impression. When we were ready to buy a couple of weeks later, we went back and were treated like they truly wanted our business. We went back there specifically because of the impression Mr. Brady & Justin made on us. The sales manager Rick worked with us to make sure we got the deal we were happy with. Mrs. Marion in finance was a delight to work with too. The whole experience was refreshing from my start to finish. We highly recommend them!
Worst Jeep dealership I have ever dealt with. - ripleyhunts
Worst Jeep dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2020 Gladiator. Wrote a poor review after a terrible closing. I was to get 4 free oil changes with purchase. Had the oil changed today. They would not honor the oil change agreement. Penny wise dollar foolish. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and back slap with a bunch of hillbillies, this is your dealership.

My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
