Very pleased with my purchase experience with Landers. I had spoken with salesman Christian a few times regarding a used vehicle I was very interested in. The day of purchase I didn’t get to work with him, but was helped by Adam, who was also great. Negotiation was fair as well as trade in. Michael with financing was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. I’ve purchased several cars with my husband, but this was my first to do while he was overseas. They made the process easy for us. A bonus is they have a very clean waiting room, awesome coffee machine, and a kids private room with cartoons playing. It kept my kids happy!

Purchased my truck from them. Took it to the first of four complementary oil changes November 2021. Note: I only purchased this truck to haul my horse and hay. And it started dripping oil… come to find out, the tech didn’t tighten oil filter. My husband said it was loose and could turn by hand… called dealership after holiday weekend and no one would return my call, email, or text messages… I called again and only got the assistant service manager. Who only wanted to tell me the tech no longer works there and he would give me another oil change. How can i trust you to do a good job? It could of been catastrophic engine failure and would the dealership own up to it being their fault? Nope! They would blame me! What if i was hauling my horse in this heat and had engine failure? I’m so upset just thinking about this again!

The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. They treated me very well and were not hiding anything at all during the buying process. JJ was very respectful and knowledgeable salesman.

I have now Bought 2 More New trucks and a car for my daughter! I won't buy any other place now. They Also Give free oil changes for life, New or Used. Love them!

Chris Dockery is amazing he came in on his day off to help me get a new car from what I had been trying to trade for months. They help me get into a Durango that I lovvve and my payments are way under what I told him I could do. I have already referred people to Automax and with Chris. Signing my paper work was literally a breeze It took a total of maybe 20 mins. Shortest time I've ever spent at a dealership. I will continue to refer I rate Automax a 10 on a scale of 5.

Had an oil change and tire rotation at Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Albion. Aug 2022. The two young guys in the service dept. appeared to me to be fresh out of high school. After the service was done I drove 15 miles to my home. I felt the need to check my lug nuts after arriving home, something I normally wouldn't do but I felt uneasy about the possible lack of experience these young men had in working on vehicles. Sure enough I had some lug nuts that I could turn with my fingers. Some were tighter than others but not one of them had been tightened enough! Called the Manager and told him. He was apologetic and told me the guy who rotated my tires had only worked there for two days. I find it unacceptable and will never be able to trust them to work on my vehicle again. I drove on the highway and could've had a tire come off killing me and or others. All I can say is I hope it only happen to my vehicle and there aren't others driving around with loose lug nuts and don't know it

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.
