I was in an accident in Dec 2021 and they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. This type of service is unheard of now days except for the Aberdeen Chrysler Center.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We purchased a car here and were promised it had no issues and ran just fine. THE NEXT DAY we started having issues with this car randomly dying while driving down the road (extremely dangerous).The dealership refused to look at the car so we brought it somewhere else, turns out it needs a new engine. I called them back and Jason Karpinske fought back and forth with me about how he can't guarantee a car can last 50 years, but this car didn't even last a day! He then told me to never call them again and hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are knowingly selling cars that have major issues and are not safe to drive.

We purchased a certified 2019 Jeep Cherokee and less than a week later the check engine light came on. The salesman,AJ, really tried to make things right, but it was very obvious that his hands were tied. The manager refused to come out and talk with us so we were forced to have AJ go back and forth between us and the manager to get questions answered. We asked to exchange or for our trades car and money back and initially told that was an option. However when we got to the dealership we were told the sale was final. They did offer to “fix” what they felt the problem was and we were told the warranty “should” cover it. I asked what happens if it isn’t covered or if the issue continues and was told again the sale is final and not to worry because they don’t sell junk. It is apparent that this dealership just wants to make a sale and then be done with the customer.

The owners and managers will go above and beyond to earn your business! I had a wonderful experience with buying my Buick! I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!

They got me in when other nearby dealerships where two days out. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, they claimed warranty. It is really nice to be taken care of quickly and with genuine care. The team did a great job. I travel for work and it has been 10 years since another dealer treated me this well.
