Spoke with a very nice young lady on 8 February 2022 - TAM
Spoke with a very nice young lady on 8 February 2022 named Jen about a Dodge Grand Caravan Blackwell had listed on their website. She returned a text message that the vehicle was currently on a lift and the service department would not lower it so more pictures could be taken. I live outside of Virginia and with technology such a request is very common. The next day a family member went by to see if the van could be seen at ground level for pictures. Nope, still on the lift. Fast forward 17 days.....Yes 17 days and the following message hits my phone. "Hi, It's Hannah @ Blackwell. I'm urgently reaching out to you about your pending auto application. 30 days is almost here". Really? Yes Hannah, February is almost gone and you have not made quota and all matters have suddenly become urgent. JUST WOW!!! How does Blackwell Dodge want me to rate this level of customer service? Mr Blackwell, you have been at this a very long time. Your entire family has but please accept a little tip here. If the person on the phone is not as important to your staff as the one standing in your show room then shutting your phone and internet system down just might a step to consider. Your phone and internet are keeping your lights turned on in the 21st Century. EMBRACE THAT FACT!! In those 17 days I communicated with Roanoke, Pulaski, High Point NC, Lexington NC, Cary NC, and as far south as Sanford NC. Also in those 17 days I made two very important decisions. I committed myself to a low mileage 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and I also committed myself to never again attempt a sales or service transaction with Blackwell Motors in Danville VA. Happy Motoring Folks
