"I’m writing this review to sum up my experience at McGuire Nissan . I’m a loyal customer of McGuire , I purchased my last 3 vehicles at McGuire Nissan . On oct 18th I stopped by to speak to my sales rep jarred about a small issue that I have with my jeep Cherokee that I purchased about a month ago from McGuire Nissan . When I was sold the vehicle I could tell that they only replaced the front rotors on the vehicle and left the back rotors on completely rusty and old . I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager Braden hoping that they could replace the back rotors for me . I even offered to pay for the parts and McGuire just take care of labor cost . I was rudely denied and treated horribly . They could care less about a customer after they get there sale . I will never do business with them again and will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this horrible customer service experience smh it’s a shame after you show a business support and get treated this way. "
