They seemed to truly care about the customers experience and would go the extra mile to help in anyway they could. I love my new Jeep Compass and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Steven Tolson sold us our Toyota Highlander Hybrid in February 2021. He made us feel welcome and appreciated from the very first phone call. We were hesitant about driving hours— thinking “the numbers” may not be what we needed. However, once we test drove the vehicle & sat down with Mr. Tolson our hesitancy quickly diminished. Before leaving with the new vehicle, he asked if he could pray with us over the vehicle. OF COURSE!! We thanked him & knew that God’s plan was happening despite our humanly nature to stress & worry.

My family has been buying our last eight Ram, Jeep and Dodge vehicles at a dealership in Chambersburg PA the last four years. A three hour trip each time. But this time we went to look at a Jeep Wrangler at Miller Chrysler, Jeep, Ram in Martinsburg WV. We we so happy with the Jeep’s and all the cars and trucks they had we bought a Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Garret and manager Kevin treated us so great , the service, price and what they gave us for our trade in . We will do all our dealing with Miller from now on!! I want to thank Joe Urse service director for taking the responsibility for the issue and he took care of everything for me. He had promised to take care of what was improperly done and he did quickly. Thank you for your help.

Beyond 5 Star Sales and Service - Harley

I have bought vehicles and had them serviced at Courts Motors for about 17 years. They have always treated me more than fair with vehicle prices, and with service. I always knew that I would get the best price on a vehicle from Courts Motors, and I have been more than satisfied with the quality of the vehicles. I have bought a jeep and several dodge cars From them. I have taken my vehicles there for routine maintenance and have always been pleased with the service, friendliness, and care that I have been given. When I have had service appointments, they serviced my vehicles promptly and kept my vehicle clean. I would rate Courts Motors sales and service as excellent! I do not expect to buy a vehicle or have it serviced anywhere else because of how well they take care of me.

One star is too many for this dealer. Sales manager reneged on a deal (and I have paperwork go prove it) for a new truck that I waited 6 months on after ordering it. Then listed it for sale for $9k over what my original agreed upon price was. This was after offering me a value of my current truck for $8k below what the KBB and NADA median trade value was. Totally disrespectful and dishonest dealer.

Drove over there today to trade with them. I had my car cleaned out and my title in hand. My car is a five year old camaro convertible with only 16 thousand miles, they did not even offer me average trade in value. The sales manager did not look at my car. They could have at least thanked me for coming in. Were a very cold group of people. Sorry I even gave them a chance.
