Our salesman, Shawn Smith, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The sales manager and finance specialist were excellent as well. On top of that we got the deal we wanted on a great vehicle. I really couldn’t ask for more! Lucas Smith will be my first stop when I’m ready for my next new vehicle.

The dealership remains clean and orderly. After arriving for our scheduled appointment, our service advisor promptly and courteously checked us in. While we waited, he also kept us informed of any potential issues. Though having four tires took a bit longer than expected (2 hours), the technician also performed a quick vehicle check, which would account for additional time. The job was performed very well. We're pleased with the tires purchased at David Taylor and our car rides and handles like new again.

My wife and I were just looking to do some research on SUVs for a future purchase in 2023. We visited Capitol Chrysler and about six other dealerships with the goal of just seeing what is available. However, the staff at Capitol Chrysler was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and really went out of their way to treat us well and show us all the vehicles and features. They listened to us and helped guide our search to an SUV that fit us best. We didn’t plan on buying a car on the first day of searching, but the Capitol team had great inventory, clean vehicles and most importantly, great staff that really showed us the benefits of the vehicles. I highly recommend Dedrick Shelby and Orion Ferreira helping my wife and I find a beautiful car. We were so impressed, we just had to buy it that day. Arguably the best Ram dealership in the Missouri area. Andre Black is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly not pushy. He had the trucks I was interested in ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival. Negotiations were easy, the used vehicles on the lot are in amazing condition and fairly prized with no crazy markups. I can honestly say that Heartland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat is a dealership that truly cares about its customer's. The rest of the dealership staff is also amazing. Thank you Andre and Matt for getting me into my dream Ram 1500.

Update 11/30 Oh snap - guess who just called me. Eric from Landmark Dodge. He is going to make sure I get my sunroof the week of December 26-30, 2022. I am IMPRESSED. If he fixes this mess, guess where I will be going to get my next truck? Stay tuned. Posted 11/29 I bought a 2020 Dodge Ram Limited in 2020. They were were to install a sunroof for me but never did. I tried several times to make an appt but never could. next thing I know - no-one knew anything about the sunroof to be added. In addition, the free gas card they give - didn't work. Now that I am in the market to trade in my truck for another one - I won't be going here.

This place made my car buying experience quick and easy. I came in to take a look at Nissan Altima I saw online. My salesman Justin, approached me with the warmest smile I’ve ever seen, he greeted me with respect. He gave me one of the best car buying experience. His service doesn’t end after I drive home the car, he always follow up if there are questions or problems while I’m driving the new vehicle. He really made my whole experience awesome!

This is the dealership everyone warned you about. I found the Jeep that I wanted on their web site. I live over 140 miles from the dealership, so I called about it and we made the deal on the phone. He said it was on the lot and he would have it ready for me. When we arrived, we spotted a jeep of a different color and we guessed that was the vehicle. It was, with a different color interior. He pointed out a dent in the vehicle stating they would fix it and the vehicle I made the deal on was loaned out. We went to see if there was anything else on the lot I might be interested in. He even showed us a Hyundai, I wanted a jeep. As we came back to the showroom, we also noticed damage to the front end of the Jeep that he had ready for me. I didn't want the damaged vehicle and I wasn't going to pay for a new vehicle when it had been loaned out with extra miles on it. He said that he would make me a great deal and headed for the sales managers office. When he came back he was showing me what my payments would be. I moved that paper to see the "deal". It was over a thousand dollars higher than the agreed upon price. I had also qualified for a $500 rebate which had disappeared. I said a few choice words that I shouldn't have and we walked out of the dealership. Then the calls started trying to get us to come back. I quit answering my phone and the text messages started. Wasted my friends time and wear and tear on his vehicle to drive me there and back for nothing. Over 280 miles for nothing. I gave it one star because they didn't have any negative stars for me to check.
