I bought a new 2022 ram 2500 truck and was happy with my purchase only thing wasn't right was the radio and that was from the first day i took it home call it in for service they said it was an update ok fine they kept my truck for two days i got it back the same day same problem so to make a long story short it started in January and now here it is november still im having the same problems is been in for service 8 times for the same problem now you must think the radio come on but yes the radio controls everything its the main hub. Now they have blown me off even the sales manager told me to do what i have to do when i told him they sold me a lemon YES I said a LEMON!!! Im in the process of working with the dealers association and the state of RI and even the turn to ten news so if anybody is thinking about buying a vehicle from them think about how they left me with a 2022 junk LEMON i will never buy from them again or let anybody i know buy from them ever!!!!!! if i could give you no stars i would

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Being skeptical I marked my two front tires before the appointment. I was very adamant about my tire rotation. Brought the truck in they told me they would call me as soon as it was done. First off they did not call me when it was completed and when I looked at my truck the two front tires that I marked were still in the same place. Therefore they did not rotate my tires. Went inside they proceeded to charge me from my tire rotation and I told him the service was not done they called The mechanic and he confirmed that he rotated the tires and lied. Be careful and always check your tires oil filter and how dirty your oil is before you go. They are scam artists and liars!

After waiting over three months for a rear differential... - Steve

After waiting over three months for a rear differential for my 2015 Jeep Trailhawk I had it towed to Paul Bailey's Jeep as a last resort. The following week they had the rear differential and also ordered two rear axle halfs. Yesterday, I picked up my Trailhawk completed correctly and as promised. My thanks to all in the Service Department at Paul Bailey's. My ride back to Harrisville was Fantastic! Steve Miller
