Bought from this dealership that was 3 states away, because they offered the best discount on a new vehicle and no one could beat their pricing. The staff was always friendly and even sent videos of the vehicle when it arrived and before it left. The car was 100% as described. The response time and communication had room for improvement during the time of the deposit and when I found out the vehicle had been delivered to the dealership from a third party. I ended up getting my own financing since the finance department couldn't beat a rate I found on my own. There were some communication issues with the transportation company and misinformation from the dealership I wish I had known beforehand. Full payment was due when the vehicle was picked up from the lot, not upon delivery. They were also a day late and asked me to meet them across town last minute when I was told it was being delivered to my front door. Overall I would recommend this dealership if you need a new vehicle, but talk to the transportation company before they pick up the vehicle if you are getting it delivered.

Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to. Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes. Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

Horrible Service Dept. The woman I dealt with just does not care. I asked to be called just so I know if I need to rent a car or not. She never called. Getting close to end of day, I called and she said she would go check and call me back. You guess it, she did not call back. Service dept has horrible customer service skills and they do not care. I cannot possibly recommend to anyone to go to this dealership.

This is he worst dealership I have dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles. I went in to trade vehicles and we come up with a price and I told them I didn't need their financing that I would be using my money. After the deal was done and I had the truck in my pocession at approximately 5 am my Equifax alert went off and upon viewing it saw the dealership had ran my credit I was furious and I have contacted them over one dozen times the General Manager said he would get it removed from my credit and also told me three times that he would call me which he has never done. I have called the owner three times to be told he would call me back and I have never heard from him either...The Owner and the General Manager and the Finance guy are nothing but liars...stay away from this dealership and go somewhere reputable.

Excellent staff!! Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable, the very best! We were traveling from Kentucky to Florida to visit family over the Fourth of July weekend. They had our Dodge Grand Caravan on the rack and reviewing it five minutes after the tow truck delivered it. Rachel told us what the repair would be and the cost. Luckily, the needed parts were in stock and she said it would be ready by the end of the next business day. She was right! We were contacted at 3:30 that the van was ready to go & we were back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend!! The first Dodge dealer we called told us it would be at least two weeks before they would have it fixed, without even looking at it. So thankful our next call was to Freeland!

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
