Coach did a great job, as always! We have bought 3 cars from him over the past year, plus several from Moritz over the past few years. He is always very professional and helpful. The only hiccup was the cashier's check requirement for a cash purchase. It got worked out, but I was there for over two hours doing so! (Not Coach's fault) I have purchase over a dozen cars from Moritz over the past several years, and all have been cash transactions. The policy of "if it is required of one person, it must be required of all!" has to be readdressed. It makes sense for a first time customer who you have no relationship with, but certainly should not be applied to individuals who have made multiple cash purchases from Moritz.

I had my car in for a check before a long trip and they said it was good to go. Upon my return I noticed that it was several 1000 miles over the oil change and I was having coolant issues with it. They then after I noticed did the oil change service once I requested it and had my car warranted for some other work that I was satisfied with.

Samantha Houston is probably the most helpful and dutiful salesperson I’ve ever encountered! So warm, friendly, and genuinely wanted me to get the best deal. I was 30 minutes late and she was generous with her time. I test drove 3 vehicles and wanted to keep my monthly payment at a certain limit. And she accommodated every single request I had. She was quick, very knowledgeable, and had so many connections with the people she worked with! Very lovely person to work with, I would recommend her to any family and friends in the future. The dealership was clean and had the best prices in town! This is my second time buying from this lot, and each experience with their service department, salespeople and managers have been equally professional and friendly!
