My 2012 Ferrari FF had been intermittently displaying a “Restricted Engine Performance” message on the left TFT screen. This problem proved difficult to diagnose, taking two weeks of research and testing involving the shop’s Master Mechanics and Technicians as well as Ferrari USA and Italy. After replacing a fuel pump and bad wiring the problem was corrected and the car runs normal again. Russell Bastian, my Service Advisor, was exceptionally courteous and helpful in keeping me up to date on their progress and responsive to my concerns of the storage of my vehicle in the sun.
