Service Department is awful. It’s have purchased my last 3 vehicles here but NEVER again. I brought in my jeep wrangler because it has the infamous death wobble. This is a well known and well documented problem with jeeps. I was sold an extended warranty with my jeep that apparently does not cover this well known concern. My jeep only has 37,000 miles. Now the term DEATH has me a bit concerned- but NOT Chrysler Jeep. The part to repair this issue is on back order so I was charged $100 to get back into an UNSAFE and DANGEROUS vehicle because “Chrysler won’t cover a rental for more than a day” per Jason in the service department. Well how about Galeana give me a lease/rental vehicle until mine is repaired????? So DO NOT TRUST GALEANA. They do not care about the customer - they only care about the money that can scam off you to “diagnose” your vehicle

He showed me exactly what I was looking for within 15 mins of walking in with very vague preferences* Was very great experience with him every stage of the process! He passed me to KIP* for financing and I can only describe him as *the best at what he does*! Also made information clear to me and expedited the process! I will be back and recommend this dealership to everyone in need!

Alfa Romeo Palmetto - North Miami - these people are crooks!!! Be careful) They wanted to take advantage of the great equity of my car at lease-end, so they wanted mark up my residual value by more than $2,000 and charge me $1,900 in dealer and “transportation” fees (which I never pay when buying/leasing a car- you should never do as they are just profits for them, even if they tell you that’s impossible to waive). Their explanation was “that the car wasn’t owned by anyone and that the bank charges them in order to sell the car.” Of course this is a bogus explanation. Everything was a LIE! They were completely reluctant to bend so I decided to look for the door and leave. After I explained why this wasn’t a fair deal they said that I was a “too smart customer” and that they wouldn’t make money with me. Please educate yourself so these trainer crooks don’t take advantage of you. Don’t go to dealerships like this! Especially if your lease is ending and you wanna buy the vehicle. Consider LeaseEnd.com. I ended up with. Great deal by using their service. Everything worked seamlessly. Also make sure you watch the videos on YouTube by “Kevin Hunter The Homework Guy,” they know all the tips so you become financially smart and avoid the crooks like Alfa Romeo Palmetto take advantage of you. The name of the manager is Chris. Hope Alfa Romeo of North America takes note of this as these people as they do damage their brand.

Now its time for my 1st free service and South Miami wont honor the first free service. You know who will honor it. Arrigo in West Palm Beach. Its farther but they are way more honest.

We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!). All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Brought my fiat in after making an appointment online because my check engine light was on and oil change was due. It was 4:00 , they were open till 6:00. I was told they couldn’t do anything at that time even though I had an appointment. There were 3 workers standing around no one was doing anything. I even bought my fiat new from this dealership . Never will I go back.

I emailed Dave and Danielle Minore, but nobody bothered to reply. Probably not the best place to do business with.
