Dimitrius did an outstanding job finding the perfect trick for me. He went above and beyond and looked for the perfect fit for me for over a week. He worked with me and was very nice to deal with. His customer service skill should be praised. Unfortunately he wasn’t there to close the deal with me, but Langdon stepped in and did a wonderful job walking me through every step. His customer service skills also deserve to be recognized. They both did and outstanding job and I am very happy I chose to do business with this company.

I bought my fiat in nov. and a month later I had an oil leak so I took it to the service dept and they said it was engine dressing. I still had the problem and called to take back and at that time they had no fiat technician and could not schedule me. They should have fixed it the first times I was there. I had to take my car to Mountain Valley in Blue Ridge which is two hours from my home. They found the problem and fixed my car. I had to leave it there for a week, but they got me a rental car. Next time I will buy my Fiat there.

Called to get my refund on my extended warranty they suckered me into getting when I purchased the car....well I traded the car in at a huge loss and now they are refusing to refund my unused warranty. They're crooks!
