This place made my car buying experience quick and easy. I came in to take a look at Nissan Altima I saw online. My salesman Justin, approached me with the warmest smile I’ve ever seen, he greeted me with respect. He gave me one of the best car buying experience. His service doesn’t end after I drive home the car, he always follow up if there are questions or problems while I’m driving the new vehicle. He really made my whole experience awesome!

Find elsewhere to service your Fiat. They charged me an hour for diagnostics and we’re wrong. Claimed I needed 2 gaskets in excess of $900 to fix the oil leak. The vehicle I have is not leaking oil, it is coolant. I told them this when I took it in. I ended up taking it to a shop I trust and they said it is coolant before taking off the skid plate or oil pan. Service writers and technicians, I feel, are just trying to increase their labor hours. How can you not know the difference between oil and coolant?? If I were that bad at my job I’d be fired before lunch.

A pleasant experience for a process that can be stressful at the best of times. We decided to purchase a new Fiat 500 from Corwin Auto of Springfield and were afforded a courteous and friendly experience from all we came into contact with. At no time did we feel pressured and felt we got a good deal with our purchase. Our sales associate was a pleasant young man by the name of John Gosa who did his best to make the buying experience as pleasant and as easy as possible.
