Holt Fiat of Hurst should be happy for the one star! These folks are con artists and like to use the ol' Switch and Bait routine. BUYER BEWARE!! I found a 2015 Fiat 500 online listed at $9489. I drove over an hour to see the car and of course fell in love with it. I took the car home over the weekend and exchanged several emails with Dominick and Darrell regarding the price. I was told my price would be "internet price + TTL". It took three tries to get the price of the TTL and finally was told by Darrell it would be $1032. I talked back and forth with Darrell and explained that the TTL seemed high and that I was only willing to pay $600. He said that was fine he "did not want to loose my business over a couple of dollars." So I went and got a certified check for internet price of $9489 and TTL of $600 and just before heading back out to do the deal all of a sudden I get a text message from Dominick that the internet price went from $9489 to $9968 and the TTL would remain at $1032 so I needed to bring $11,000 instead of $10,089. He stated the change was due to a mistake that was made. I understand that mistake can happen, but why should I pay for their mistake??? Needless to say I told them to come pick up their car. I refused to play their game.

I was contacted by Ann Trakham after submitting our finance application on a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio for my wife. We already had a sales person, Luis, and knew which car we wanted. Realizing I'd have to negotiate with Ann, I instinctively ran a google search on her name to see who I was dealing with and came across the reviews on this site. Yikes.. some harsh reviews on the dealership and on Ann. A bit leery, I moved forward with the transaction and I'm pleased to say my wife and I were treated professionally by everyone at Helfman Alfa. I even waited 2 weeks after our car delivery to make sure everything processed out as it was supposed to before writing any reviews. I'm sure YMMV but I got a good deal and a beautiful car. Luis / Kurt / Ann and Brandon did a good job.

I took my car in several times and they kept saying nothing was wrong I finally put my foot down and talked to the mechanic personally who was very nice unlike the advisor. They said they would call me and never did so I called them for a status to find out my car has been ready for hours and the parts they need are in back order and will take 3 weeks. It's been over a month and still no word on the parts I call and that say "im sorry someone will call you back" but no one ever does. I may be a young female but im not stupid little do they they im a certified aircraft mechanic.

At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.

My experience, 2.6 years worth, is that they say what you want to hear but don’t follow through. There is ZERO service after the sale. I called corporate to tell of multiple bad experiences and when the local GM caught wind of it, his choice was to call me, yell and ridicule me, the customer. Run away, as fast as you can.

I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).

We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly
