Called 3 Honda dealers in Alabama, this was the only one charging a reasonable price for a new 2022 CRV. It did take a bit of time to come in, but it was well worth the wait. The purchase procedures were no fuss and easily handled and we’re very happy with our purchase. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from a Long Lewis dealership and we would do so again in future.

Tim and I spoke about the oil I wanted and that’s where the conversation started on the day that I arrived for service, and today after us both accepting responsibility in the miscommunication. Long story short, I spike we John Brinkman as well. We also discussed the our issue like MEN and talked about some other things. Great staff and dealership. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox off the internet. SHAWN NICHOLS worked with me from the first phone call until I drove away from the dealership with my new vehicle. Everything he told me on the phone was exactly what I seen when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership Shawn was standing at the door waiting on me, he had all paperwork completed awaiting my signature. It was the most painless transaction I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle. I drove from Ellijay, Ga. to Ft Payne Al. to get this vehicle and Shawn told me you will not be disappointed, and I WAS NOT. Thank you Shawn for all your help and giving me the best deal on my vehicle. I will defiantly be back when I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

Called a month ago about my 2018 F 150 recall on floor mat shield and the fact that my 10 speed transmission was jerking around, was told to bring in on Sept. 13, which I did, they called the next day and said it was ready, when I tried to leave the transmission would not engage for over 5 seconds so I turned around and took it back.. I was then told they would have to break down the transmission, 10 days latter I called to see if it was ready and was told they had not even started on it because other people were ahead of me and it could be another 3 to 4 weeks on a transmission that only has about 30,000 miles on it.. How is that possible when I had an appointment to fix the 10 speed transmission on 9-13-22, I have been loyal to Ford for 30 years but now I am very very disappointed.

Everything started out ok, but it's been almost 5 months since we bought a F150 from there. We still don't have registration papers to get a tag with. Now the truck is in the shop with $2000 worth of work needed to be done. I've been calling all day long to see about the VSC that I paid for at the time of purchase. No one has bothered to answer my calls and it seems as if they stopped answering the phone. I need my truck fixed ASAP! Express Oil is not going to wait too much longer. I'm really considering legal representation because this is ridiculous.
