I made my appointment for a Saturday morning, test drive the car and sat down to work out the details. He was amazing. We hit a small bump in the process, and I almost walked away, but he and the finance guys worked on my deal until we got it right for me. This is the third vehicle I bought from them, and if I buy another, Crain Ford in Little Rock will be my first choice! Good job guys! It was nice working with you.

Everyone was so very helpful. I hadn't seen anything that I wanted for months on the service road on the way home everyday. Had been wanting a new truck forever it seemed. I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one. They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf. SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!

I called to get price for transmission service/flush for my 2016 F150. Service manager told me price of $250. Clay Maxey Ford in Harrison charges $190 for the same service. I told the service manager this and asked for a price match. He said that he doesn't care what Clay Maxey does and wouldn't price match. Whatever happened to customer service? For $60 difference (25%), I will go to their competition.

This dealership name is now Karl Malone Ford Lincoln. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2019 Ford Expedition with an appointment time of 1:00 pm. After two and one half hours the service advisor told me that they realized there was an update due on the computer system and they had moved my vehicle to a bay with computer access and had forgotten it was there. After another 45 minutes he came back and said they were finished. I really was not upset about the wait, but when I went to get in my vehicle I realized someone had been in the driver's seat with oil on their clothing, which ended up on my white leather seats-actual ford color is "med ceramic". I went back in and told them and they did come out and try to use a spot cleaner on it-but to no avail. I now have a permanent discoloration on my seat! If the employee would have just taken the proper precautions this would not have happened! I do believe that the service rep, Lewis Simpson, is doing a good job, but he needs to talk to his employees about how they handle getting in and out of the customer's vehicles, to keep this from happening.
