First problem was two days after car was purchased it have to go in the shop immediately as a failure light to the major part of the turbo system had to be replaced and car was held for three days while they looked for the part. Also when purchased the truck I asked Maria that I needed to register it in Arizona I received DMV non-op for California and when I went to Arizona they said that the dealership needs to submit the paperwork and has yet to be done. I have 90 days I’m at about halfway and I need the dealership to submit to Az dmv So it can properly be registered.

My last visit started out a bit rough, but kudos to Mike Walker for stepping up and sorting it out. Think I'll stick with them for awhile... I brought my '13 Escape in for an A/C repair. - Doug D.

I brought my '13 Escape in for an A/C repair. They took 9 days to get back to me with an estimate of $3,300 which is more than half of the car's value. I brought it to Eskimo Radiator and A/C Repair in El Cajon. 4 days later I now have a perfectly working A/C and it cost me $1,216 in parts and labor. To add insult to injury, Penske charged me $169 for their estimate which was suspiciously lacking in detail. I'd say that giving them a 1 star review is being too kind.

I would like to leave an AMAZING review for Joe Green at Fullerton Ford (formerly McCoy-Mills). Joe took our Fusion in with a battery drain and went way beyond what two previous dealerships had tried to do. He was willing to replace the hybrid battery when others weren't and I truly appreciate that, since it was covered by my warranty anyway. Joe and his team spent a long time chasing down a mysterious battery drain and eventually found the problem. They even kept the car for about three weeks when we were on vacation and unable to get back home to pick it up (long story, but they truly went out of their way to accommodate us!). The only question I have is about is the name change...WHY? McCoy-Mills Ford was an historic name and really neat...I know there is a new owner but why change the name?
