There was a module malfunction on my 2019 Ford Explorer which required towing to Steven’s ford Lincoln early afternoon Saturday 11/19/22. Kevin Bartolo and service advisor Chrystal quickly had a service tech identify the problem as some type of sensor. A sensor was located in inventory, installed and tested by service tech Jay and within an hour we were back on the road to a grandson’s sporting event at Brown university. A competent group of people that fixed a problem in short order so a family traveling only had few minutes anxiety about a vehicle malfunction. Thank you to Steven’s ford Lincoln staff for their tenacious approach to a problem that made the day a memorable one with a slight problem.

What a disappointment! I heard good things about this dealer so I thought I would buy a truck from them. What a mistake. I first talked to a woman on the phone named Andrea who said I could buy the truck at MSRP and I was lucky they weren't selling it $5,000 over MSRP only caveat was I had to buy a fugazzi aftermarket warranty for $2,699. I thought that was incorrect information so I decided to show up and look at the truck I wanted to buy. Spoke with CherylAnn she then said the exact same thing. I said ill buy the truck at MSRP but not that junk warranty, she said buy the warranty or you can't buy the truck. So I bought the same truck as Gengras BELOW MSRP.

Ever since the Dealership was sold in MAY '21, the service department has gone downhill fast. They cannot hold onto service writers and the ones that they have are NOT knowledgeable at all. They service writer struggles with basic concepts. Trying to get in for service is difficult, trying to get in for Warranty work is next to impossible. I understand that many TECHs have left. Asked for an oil change with full synthetic, got blended oil. Struggled to understand a warranty issue with the vehicle.

I had a great salesman (Roger) but the sales manager (John Velezis) and business manager (Leo) refused to process my rebate for the CHEAPR program for the purchase of a PHEV. Their refusal to spend 15 minutes registering their dealership in the program cost me 700 dollars. I will not ever buy another vehicle from them again. And the great salesman left the dealership soon after.

This was 4 years ago. I bought a 2015 bronzefire metallic fusion titanium AWD. looking at the psperwork and I was supposed to get $750 "CPO Rebate first-time Ford buyer" but it was never taken off the bill. They didn't even put my license plates on for me. I had to do it in the parking lot. They gave me a 10-day day inspection sticker and had to get it inspected myself.

I was coming from out of state so I needed to call and setup a time. When I got there the vehicle was out front, ready for a test drive. Tim made the negotiating process very straight forward, without any of the usual tactics that some places do. Once we settled on a price, they held the car for me, and handled all of the paperwork without any issues. All in all it was one of the easiest least stressful, car buying experiences I've had.

They are the worst dealership that i have ever worked with in my entire life. They pressured me intimidated me into signing a contract asking for more money. They gave me the car but won’t give me my Registration and new plates until I pay them the rest of the money that I couldn’t give them. They are sleez bags a scam artist who only want your money. I advise everyone steer away from this dealership. They are the worst and didn’t resolve my issue. They didn’t put me, as the customer first. They also never changed my breaks or gave me my detail.

Zero stars. I purchased a used truck in 2015. Part of the deal was free tires for the life of vehicle. I was so pleased with that deal that I leased another vehicle from them a month or two later (then later purchased that vehicle). I have only put 9000 miles on the truck (there are 37K total miles) as of 2021 and the tires are basically bald. SO I assume the tires were not great when I purchased but I was not worried about that at the time thinking they would be replaced for free. They are of course refusing to honor the agreement. I asked for there reasons in writing and to give them an opportunity to make it right and they refused to share in writing their reasons or the language that they are referring to regarding servicing the vehicle every 3000 miles and told me to send letter to whoever I wanted to. That was the General Manager, Drew, the finance manager, Guy, and the Service Manager , Paul. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Kudos to Gary in service. He was able to schedule a repair of my daughters car on a last minute notice. Our lives would have greatly inconvenienced out family. Realizing our predicament, Gary took the time to question the staff in the shop about the chances of getting the car fixed that day. Needless to say, he was successful, and I picked up the car the same day - good as new. In a day when customer service is rare, Gary demonstrated not only his committment to me, the customer, but also, to you, the employerr. Thank you again, Gary.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
