Rick was excellent at keeping in touch while I was waiting for my vehicle to be scheduled, built & delivered - even if it was "no update yet", I could count on hearing from him every week. Worked with Dan D. on the next vehicle order and had a great experience there as well - customer service is clearly central to the experience at Ford Currie Motors. Thanks also to Mike D., Russell, & the finance team for helping with the paperwork - as always it's important to do your homework, but they're honest & straight-forward to work with. Dan Serban, my online sales guy, is without a doubt the best car salesman I have worked with in my entire life. He’s professional, he’s courteous, and more than anything, he listens. The only reason I didn’t give the dealership five stars is because my Bronco, a returned lease vehicle, was pretty dirty on the inside. It’s a soft top convertible and when you’re cleaning a convertible you need to understand that there’s going to be more dust-a lot more dust - than in a standard vehicle. They were kind enough to fill the fuel tank but the windshield washer reservoir was bone dry. Other than those minor issues, everything went rather smoothly. I didn’t finance it so I have absolutely no idea how that might go, although, Dee, the finance manager seemed to be a pretty nice guy.

We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and they made the process a fantastic experience. We went to other dealerships to try other models (first time purchasing a SUV), but came back to this one due to their quality and variety of cars and approachable team! Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Rylan Denney is a genuine, caring, and real person and in my dealings with him I often forgot that he was even a salesman. He talks to you about what matters most to you and them advocates for you with his team to make it happen. I would recommend anyone to go to Don Hinds specifically because of Rylan and his relatable nature and the fact that he shows he truly cares about his customers. He is an authentic, genuine, and classy associate and I would def buy a car from him again bc of the wonderful way he treated me.

Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power - Thewalk

Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power train warranty for a rear main leak. They told me it was a valve cover gasket leaking and getting on rear main. They supposedly changed this gasket and said all leaks are fixed. Took truck back two weeks later because of oil on my rear main and they told me it was residual from the valve cover gasket. Now I’m out of warranty and guess what? Rear main has oil on it again. I was pretty certain it was rear main and told them that’s what it was. Seems to me like they refused to fix the problem and now I’m stuck. Thanks for not fixing the problem

I have bought my last 3 cars from DPat Ford, love my Lincoln cars! This last time I was in for service, it was 3 hours for an oil change and car wash, I wish I could have been notified to come later, then I would have been able to run errands before, since I live an hour away. They did not have a loaner for me to leave in, but they did have a shuttle driver for my Mother and I. We also were able to use the massage chair. Not a bad experience, just a longer day than I anticipated.
