This dealership deserves the ABCD award. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. I could not be more satisfied with my NEW 2022 Ford Maverick. The whole experience with JACK KAIN Ford was more that than I expected. Even though I had to wait 13 Months and 1 Day the extra 1 day was well worth the wait. KUDOs to the whole gang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dang I was ready to move because they really make you feel at home. Very Honorable! Keep up the good work!

At Town a d Country Ford on Preston: Had my 2020 F150 repaired twice in 2 weeks for rodent damage to my wiring. My service rep was Donna and she was very professional and with a personal touch. She's what service is supposed to be about. Work was also done in a timely manner and the tech showed me where the damage had occurred and how to prevent it in the future. Best experience I've ever had with dealership service anywhere.

I have been bringing my car to Oxmoor Ford since I purchased it there new. Overall, I have been satisfied with the service. Fast turnaround and friendly staff. The last two visits I had one of my backup lights out. They never noticed it. This would have been an easy sale if brought to my attention. Purchasing "the Works" package I would have thought lights would be tested.

This dealerships service department is top-notch. Drove right in and was greeted by Josh with a smile, the whole service area is clean and professional. I explained my problem with my 2015 Ford Transit and was given a complimentary shuttle to my hotel all in less then 10 minutes. It was a smooth, professional and stress free experience. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday and on Monday I was called with a diagnosis of the problem and estimate of the repair cost and had my vehicle back by Monday evening. I was extremely impressed and very happy with the level of service and turn around time with my truck as it is a work van and down time without is costs me money. I work all over the country it, my 2015 Ford Transit and have dealt with many Ford dealerships with varying degrees of service, and let me just say Alton Blakey was by far the best experience I’ve had. Thanks again Josh for everything.

I never thought I'd be writing a positive review for a car dealership, let alone a glowing one. But purchasing from Watermark Nissan was a dream experience I never thought I'd ever experience with a car dealership. I'd spent 18 months on an almost national search for the exact Pathfinder build that proved especially challenging to find. I dealt with over 2 dozen dealerships across the southwest/midwest trying to unsuccessfully do a deal before finding Watermark. Most of the other dealers were absolute nightmares to deal with. Watermark, and in particular Brandon Belt, gave me a straightforward price and gave me a great deal...better than I thought would be possible. Even though I was out of state they could have tried jacking the price up on me, but they didn't and honored the original quote they gave me. On top of being the most reputable dealership I've encountered in my life, my Salesperson Brandon did a fantastic job communicating every step along the way as I had to coordinate traveling from Texas to KY to pickup the car when it arrived. Every salesperson I've ever talked to very quickly ends up having to hand me off to the Sales Manager to answer my questions and negotiate. The fact I don't even know the name of the Sales Manager for Watermark speaks volumes to Brandon's excellent job, and of the dealership management, that he was empowered to handle my deal from start to close. I just can't say enough good things about these guys, and never thought I'd be writing a review like this for a car dealership. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I'd drive the 1200 miles again in a heartbeat to deal with these guys instead of trying to deal with one of my local dealers in Austin. Thanks again Brandon!

I went to this dealership in February 2022 and the car we got is a Piece of crap. Brad the sales Person likes to scam women out of cars. The family member that bought the car. She has taken it up there almost 10 times and they haven't done nothing. They put a used motor in this car and it is using twice as much oil. My family is a bunch of mechanics and car gurus. I will never return to this Dealership and i DONT recommend them.

On a very rainy unpleasant day I had a very pleasant experience at Madison County Ford. My initial contact was with Kevin the day before and he started the search for my wants and needs. I came in as promised the next day and was reacquainted with Randy who the took over the process. The car I traded had been sold to me by Randy several years ago. Turns out they had a very acceptable Expedition, my third, on the lot.we began the purchase process reached an agreement. I drove away in my new car. The process was seamless thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Randy and Kevin as well as the finance gentleman. Give them a try and keep the business at home in Madison County.

This place is great. I honestly have no idea what all the bad reviews are for. It's simply the best dealer in Radcliff and E-town area. Randy in service is friendly and helpful. Their technicians are very helpful and efficient as well. They take good care of military and first responders also, which is great being only 5 minutes from Fort Knox.

Ross Schambon/Dan Franklin Great to work with on GT350R - Storm

I worked with Ross Schambon directly and Dan Franklin indirectly to buy a GT350R out of state. Ross was very responsive, likeable, timely and willing to communicate meaningfully via email and text. Unlike some dealerships I had to opt out of communications from, Ross was succinct and to the point. I did not get passed around to numerous sales people who never responded to direct questions and offers. I appreciated that. I also got what I think is a very good deal on the highly sought after GT350R. While some dealers act like these cars are worth a 10-20k markup, this dealership and Dan were realistic. Look Ross up if you want a pleasant buying experience.
