I ordered a 2022 Maverick hybrid pickup on 8/13/2021 knowing that it would be a while since they weren’t in production yet. The GM walked me through the ordering process and I received confirmation from Ford that the order was excepted and confirmed. Well, 15 months later Ford delivered the truck, a bit longer than anyone expected. Going into the dealership I had no idea what to expect more than a year since the order was placed. I think this is the first time i have had an AWESOME experience buying a new car! Prince Frederick Ford honored the original numbers to the penny and honored the financing that was available from the original order date (.09%). I know that this is how Ford Motor Co. wants vehicle orders handled but there have been many cases where dealers have tacked on premiums for these trucks because of the rising market value and difficulty in getting stock. Not here! Thanks for a totally straightforward transaction!

Billy Andrews got the deal done for us and we only had to say “no” one time. Rose was fun in finance. My husband picked up the truck and the radio was working so we told the guy we did not need him to order the part. My husband went down to get a credit and they said they already ordered the part. My would they order a part we told him we did not need. They charged us I do not feel we should have to pay for something we told him when we picked up the truck we did not need. I feel we should get a credit. Next time I will take it to Preston gird. I hope you like loosing busness

Plaza Ford has been a great experience so far. We've worked with John Staab and John Heiser via email and ordered our new Ford Explorer earlier this month. Unlike many other dealers in the area, Plaza Ford is not marking up their vehicles above MSRP which is a reflection on management's goodwill. They probably gained a lifelong customer by not taking advantage of people during a tough time. Great experience so far! I will update after our new Explorer is delivered.

I bought my new Ford Escape from this dealer in October 2019 and had no problems at all during the purchase. Alex and others at the dealership made me feel comfortable during the buying process and I did not feel pressured or stressed to buy a car from them. Recently, my Ford Escape was rear ended and I brought it to Mike and Simmy at the body shop. I cannot say enough good things about how they fixed my car and treated me throughout the process. They dealt with the insurance company, got all new Ford parts for the repairs/replacements, kept me updated during the repair process, and just did an overall amazing job. On top of that, my car was incredibly clean and in immaculate condition when they returned it to me. Just a completely professional operation all around and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

He really did have my best interest in view. Lonny promptly responded to my initial inquiry. He was available at the promised time. He kept me informed of the steps I needed to follow and sought answers to questions beyond his knowledge. He both pointed out the new vehicles’ features and explained them during the test drive; introduced me to the service dept. contact, assisted me transferring personal items from my trade in to my 2022 Ford EcoSport and even provided snack bars since my visit ran into the dinner hour. Customer service is a joke. My a/c wasn't cooling so I told them that and after a $230.00 non-negotiable charge they agreed! Then they charged $470.00 more to charge the system. Total $700 which took a week. PLEASE, AVOID THIS DEALER.
