With the car I wanted not arriving to the dealership for a month, Ron stayed in touch with me and provided consistent updates. He also worked with me to get all paperwork done ahead of time so when my car arrived, I could pick it up immediately. He took the time to show me all the car's features and checked in with me after I left to ensure I felt comfortable. Truly 10/10 experience!

I wish I could give Ford of Greenfield 10 stars! I can hands down say Tim Sullivan is the BEST salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with! As a first-time car purchaser, I had a lot of questions throughout this process and Tim was so open and available the entire time. He went ABOVE and BEYOND keeping me in the loop about all the updates and process and even called me as my Ford Maverick was being driven off the delivery truck! With new and used car prices through the roof and in limited supply right now, I was very happy to find this brand new work truck at quirk ford. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!

If anyone is looking to buy a new Ford or used car, I highly recommend talking to David Haynes at IRA Ford in Auburn. I bought my Focus and the Bronco from David, and he's fantastic to work with. He refers to himself as "your local car man" on his voicemail instead of a salesman, and it's fitting. Super low pressure, let's you move at your own rate. We were supposed to pick up the Bronco on Monday, and ended up going to the hospital instead. He made sure everything was taken care of for us, we didn't have to worry about anything. He called a couple days later to check in and see how we were doing. A great human being, and he deserves the best.

I would be satisfied if everyone paid MSRP on all vehicles, but gouging customers, do to supply shortages, gives me a negative feeling toward the dealership. Hope you change your policy before you anger too many people, and lose their future business.
