I bought a 2022 Escape Titanium and the car is a dream. However I have to say the best part about the experience was the customer service. Nick Voight and Jeff Nelson are two of the nicest and knowledgeable gentlemen you could wish to do business with. The dealership is very clean and all of the employees are very gracious with the opening of doors and salutations. I would never do auto business anywhere else. If I had a negative it would be the prices. Both the price of new vehicles and what you can command for a price of your trade in. This is not a fault of the dealership though, it is just the times we are currently living in.

We tried Woodhouse because no local service centers would touch our car issue. We were not expecting much, but they surpassed our expectations. Not only were they extremely friendly and courteous, they found the real problem we were experiencing; they identified the problem and fixed it which was much less expensive than the transmission replacement we were expecting. We deeply appreciate a dealership who treats customers as customers they would like to return not based on a lack of other options, but because they care. Woodhouse, you have new loyal customers.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

Awesome customer service from everyone on the Jacobs team. I drove 900 miles round trip to do business with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again tomorrow. They initially earned my business with great pricing and friendly sales staff. Great experience with Travis at Kenesaw motors. Friendly and most helpful, not pushy or rushing to close the sale. Talked on the phone, made the drive to Kenesaw, vehicle standing ready by the front door for our test drive when we arrived. Upon purchasing, he spent time familiarizing us with the features. Small town values and business practices you won’t find at a mega dealership. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which is s lot for me to say as I dislike everything about searching for a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to go through that again, and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kenesaw Motor Company to anyone looking to make their shopping experience less painful.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. 1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill. 2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle. 3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.
