Jay handed me off to Haroon, who was polite and fast to facilitate our needs (test driving the car, getting the trade-in appraised). We got the initial number and Jay sat down with us to talk turkey. I gave my target number, he met it, and we sealed the deal. Very straightforward without so many of the sales tactics I've come to expect during the process, which was in its sixth week (with as many dealerships involved) at that state. Would come back again.
