My experience purchasing a car from Paramount Ford was excellent. I worked with Jordan through the entire purchase. I sent an online inquiry about what I was looking for, and within hours he sent me something he thought checked all my boxes. When I visited the lot I had my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Jordan was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. From the minute we visited the dealership, we felt at ease. Jordan (or anyone on the lot) were not high pressure and listened to what we wanted. Jordan was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. He was upfront and honest and helped make the process simple and fast. Jordan was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and the next steps. It was a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend working with Jordan to purchase your next vehicle. Here they make car shopping & purchasing a very pleasant experience!

We were able to complete our sale completely online and over the phone. Then, to top it all off, the valets delivered our truck to us even though we live about 2.5hrs away from the dealership. Had one rebate and was able to get the student rebate but they declined that rebate. But overall it was fine. See nick for someone dedicated to making you happy. Financially not much room for even talking. On the financial side of things. Proud to Have my bronco though

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Wrangler had a bad front bumper. That was negotiated in the deal the “we owe”. They promised a new bumper for our jeep. Called several times and they say bumper is on back order. Called jeep dealership today after waiting two months for this dealership to do what they promised. Jeep dealership said they could have one in a couple of days. Keep getting the run around from this dealership. Have spoke with my salesman and the used car manager and also the GM of the dealership. Still no word on my bumper. They don’t care about the customer just the sale. So buyer beware from this dealership. Like to keep my business local but would never buy from this dealership again.
