Ordered my Mustang GT from George at Sarchione. We worked through the options on Ford's site and was able to build the car of my dreams. When the car was delivered (took 6 months) I was able to do most of the work over the phone and text, literally went to Sarchione, signed some papers, and took delivery. No pressure, just, "enjoy your new car". Highly recommend. Ask for George.

Call and talk to Brianna in service to see if I could get a repair and oil change on my 2019 ford escape and was told first appointment for oil change was Thursday and said fine was then was transferred to the parts department to see if part was available. I was about to make appointment for repair at 3pm on 12/5/22. Arrived about 2:30 for appointment was checked in by Mike Hartley then after about 15 minutes he noticed that I had an oil change scheduled for Thursday at 2pm and asked did I just want it to be done today? I said if at all possible that would be great. Mike said ok and everything was done in a hour and half.

I really can't thank Ricart enough for the service and help that they have extended to me over the past 3 months. Mt transmission needed replaced and unfortunately the part was on backorder. They worked with the Ford manufacturer to make sure I would have a car to drive until mine was fixed. In addition, when I wasn't able to come pick up my car they delivered to me. I am beyond grateful and am so glad I took my vehicle to Ricart Ford.
