Buyer Beware!! On 5 October 2022, I bought a 2020 BMW 230 xidrive used car from Crater Lake Ford. I took a test drive with the sales rep and it seemed roadworthy. The car has a 60 day/3000-mile warranty. Shortly after I bought the car the check engine light turned on. I took it to my local BMW dealer who discovered a hole in the “fresh air intake duct” and some damage to the turbo impeller. The car is still within the warranty period, but my repeated attempts to get Crater Lake Ford to honor the warranty have been unsuccessful. I bought this car in good faith but I will now need to look at further steps to obtain satisfaction. Michael Messina

Will never goto this dealer ever again as long as I live!!! I have a 2019 Ford Transit that I bought from them and with 53K miles the transmission failed. I called the dealer to ask them if they had a tow service or knew any tow services that they worked with and they told me no they didn’t do towing. So then I googled a tow truck service had my van towed there for $460 Then it sat for three weeks for them to tell me my transmission is under warranty but they wouldn’t start working on it for 5 to 6 months a complete joke. Then I called north side Ford where they told me they could get me in and diagnosed within 4 to 6 weeks. I then told them I was not happy about having to have it towed over there cause it was going to cost me a bunch but then they told me my van is under warranty and roadside assistance would tow it there for free. After I found this out I have lost all complete competence in Gresham Ford and do not recommend anybody ever to do business with them!!! Not only did they cost me $460 having my van towed there they also costed me three weeks of time completely disgusted by the lack of service from them. If you need your Ford serviced go to Northside Ford.

Bought a 2017 F150 from Lithia in Bend. A few months later the wipers stopped working, and I took the truck into Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls to get them fixed. A few months after that, the driver's side wiper flew off the truck while driving down the highway in the rain. Klamath Falls Lithia wanted another $140 to fix the wiper. I expressed my opinion to the service manager Kevin that I did not feel that I should have to pay for it. His response included "I'm doing you a favor by not charging you the $160 diagnostic fee." He quickly ended the conversation. It is worth noting that this is the second truck I have purchased from Lithia dealerships in the last two years that had safety issues on the road. Read through the reviews and you will find that Lithia consistently provides some of the worst service in the industry, thus why they are one of the few major dealerships that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and spend your money with a dealer that values their customers.

I had previously left a review where I was not too happy with this company. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car, but I had a lot of issues with it. I was extremely frustrated and times have been really hard and I wasn’t able to take care of the repairs. I had reached out to customer service a couple of different times with no luck but then Eli reached out to me. He was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out so I can get the repairs done on my car and keep my job. He made my entire experience 1000% better. Driveway has a much better selection than any other online dealers. And their financing company was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. But I have to say it is thanks to Eli that I will still recommend this dealership!

Ended up going with a different vehicle than we had originally came in for. So i hadn't done as much research as i had on the original vehicle. that parts my fault i guess. But they ended up ripping us off for at least 5k just based on what's available in the area. if not more when you look at an even wider area. Other than that the process and experience was good. And probably would have been 5 stars. These price games though are why ppl are sick of the dealerships and Ford is considering selling direct. We are a young family, new to the area. couldve resulted in multiple sales over the years including the one my wife is currently looking for.

Today we brought in our Explorer for a routine oil change and transmission service. We were told the trani fluid was so filled with shavings and they refused to service it and it probably wouldn't make it out of the lot. Also, our car was functioning when we brought it in, but now. multiple malfunctions not related to the transmission kept us from driving to another shop. After telling not one but two advisers we were told that it wasn't on them. So we popped the hood and the air cleaner was not mounted. Suprise, now the car works, and we drove to Ammaco, and they found no shavings in the trani fluid, just needed to be serviced. I have been a customer of the shop for years and it just shocks me the absence of customer care they displayed today.

Would not buy from them again, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you into a car....dont be fooled, they are your typical sleazy salesman and tell you that the warranty will cover all major parts....I should not have to be spending 2400 on a car I have owned for less than 4 months if your service dept did its due diligence when doing its inspection of the vehicle. I called them to see if they would be willing to help me with this, as I have had another Dealership that had done the right thing when something mechanical happened with the car. Shame on you all.

My wife and I stopped by mid day in our Ford F-53 chassis motor home. It was running terribly on only 6 of 10 cylinders as we were on our way south. Although they were extremely busy service representative Sid knew our dilemma got us in the next morning. He was extremely kind and helpful. Service technician Ken went to work replacing all 10 injector coils, injectors, plugs and replaced our fuel filter and had us on the road at 11:30am. I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.

Mike in the service department kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement. When I returned to pick up my suv Alisia (sp) helped me out with the charges and got me back to my car quickly. I also want to thank Lisa for allowing me to rent a car for the almost 6 weeks that it took for the repairs Thank You Legacy Ford for the personal service you gave me. I worked for over 30 years in the auto service buisness and know how much work it takes to care for customers the way they do. I recommend Legacy Ford for any automotive need. 5 stars
